Post vacation work-out from the house of pain, este FIT pala. This gym is small but that is where their secret lies, personalization! My previous reviews were about reaching a target running weight. Coach Ramil helped me get there and now has me hooked on strengthening my core. I was suprised with what I could do and with what I could stretch myself to do. I had no worries with over exertion because I was guided properly every step of the way.

And the reward for all this "pain"? A little bit more "eating room" which means more |looloo reviews!

PS. Of course MrSweetTooth gets his rewards too.

Saw ate, mama and papa's work out place while picking up ate. Place is small but looks right for personal training. Kuya Ramil and Ate Cess are nice and friendly. Happy for ate! 128515

After 12 sessions, and experiencing aches where I never thought I had muscles, the verdict is out. I have improved fitness in several areas and well into my goal of reaching my ideal running weight.
Overall body weight is now 4.85 lbs lighter, body fat pecentage dropped by 1.4% or 4.40 lbs, BP remains normal but resting heart rate has improved by 4 beats per minute. Upper body strength has also improved, I can now do more push-ups in 1 minute than when I started! But I am most amazed with my flexibility, using the sit up and reach measurement, I have gone from 11.5 inches to 14.5 inches!!! Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be able to do that!

Signed up for another 12 sessions and challenged myself to beat my improvement run rates. Looks like all the punishment is paying off. 128516

💯 reviews in 4 months. That's 25 reviews per month or roughly 1 a day. Yes, now I can safely say that |looloo is an addiction!

To keep the addiction in check, I thought that my 100th review should be about balancing the eating with fitness.

I needed to get back to my ideal running weight as part of my tune up for a major run. I've been to gyms before and have had some success but I have issues on consistency of training. I've also tried various cross-training methods but lose focus at some point. So I figured I needed a coach or a personal trainer.

I heard about FIT from fellow running and badminton enthusiasts. I was impressed by the results so I decided to give it a try.

I signed up for 3 days a week and have just completed my first 12 sessions. While I have not checked my post training measurements (weight, body fat, body measurements), I could not be any happier. I feel a little bit stronger, a little bit more flexible (cant touch my toes yet though like Peanut D) and a wee bit lighter. In fact, I am set for another 12 sessions.

Each circuit targets different muscle groups. On top of that, core and cardio, are worked on with every set. The exercises are never the same and progress in difficulty or intensity with each session. Major targets include power, strength and flexibility. My trainer, who is also the owner, is very attentive. He is not pushy but is able to encourage me to start each activity strong and finish strong. His wife, a nutritionist, talks about practical eating and sensible diets that help sustain the program. None of those fad diets that drain you of needed nutrients.

With a little bit more guidance, time and FIT, I think I'll hit my running weight in October. 128516

PS ... |looloo team, are there any |looloo "run-devous" in the future?
