Really nice view of the city with good food! Liked their clam chowder, beef bulgogi and lemongrass prawns. Chocolate kulfi dessert was good too. Great service and surprisingly reasonable prices.

Manila's fine dining scene is about to change as the newest dining destination in Manila opens high atop the Makati Skyline. Discovery Primea's Flame takes it inspiration from the hotel team's burning passionate and desire to create new experiences through food.

Located at the 16th floor of Discovery Primea, 6749 Ayala Avenue Makati City.

Went here last Saturday with my husband for lunch. I've been eating a lot in different hotels in the metro and this is one I've been really looking forward to try to.

Flame menu combines modern European cuisine wth Asian flavors and contemporary culinary techniques to create dishes that tantalize with every taste and texture.

Operating Hours:

One of the first thing that I noticed that Flame restaurant is elegant with contemporary design of the restaurant. What strikes me and catches my attention is this restaurant centerpiece "The Living Chandelier" that illuminates the room.

We ordered the following food:

🔸Flames "Hainanese" Chicken Rice
- flavoured Thai Jasmine rice , sweet ginger, soy, spring onions - (590 pesos)

🔸Chili Lobster Spaghetti
- Sriracha bisque , scallions and coriander
(720 pesos)

And for dessert ...Sweet Finale

🔸 FLAME'S TIRAMISU - Vin Santo Ice cream, Amaretto crumb

The food was extra ordinary, nice presentation and the price speaks for itself.

Best experience, try sitting next to the windows for that dramatic view of the city 128525

Such exquisite dishes that deserves 5 stars! 127775127775127775127775127775

Had their Pork Belly Doughnut (my fave!), Chilled Seafood Salad, Paella Meatballs, Chili Lobster Spaghetti, U.S. Beef Tenderloin Mignonettes and Black Pepper Panna Cotta. Much attention was given to all the dishes that I did have a hard time choosing a fave. But that doughnut was simply unique. With a somewhat crisp outer layer, the filling was good. The pork belly was finely chopped. It was drizzled with butterscotch-miso dip that paired nicely. Simply a must-have when dining here during lunch hour! 128077
