Craved for Chinese food while waiting for my friends to arrive in TriNoma. Thank you Looloo for telling me where the perfect place is - Mann Hann! Unfortunately, the place was jampacked and there were people lining up outside waiting to be seated! Good thing there's this family restaurant beside it that also serves Chinese food, not bad.

So I ended up eating at Flavours of China where I got seated in a big table all alone. I ordered my staple favorites - siomai and chicken feet. They do not serve steamed taosi spareribs. Only the fried version. Sad. I was hoping to have a rice and dine with siomai and chicken feet only but my eyes feasted upon their braised beef noodles! Damn! Ordered that one too. What a big appetite I had that night! Prior to the orders, they also serve free kropek for appetizer.

The food was good. I could say there are Chinese joints that can serve better like North Park or Causeway but nevertheless they also serve good Chinese food. The braised beef noodles had very soft meat and noodles, siomai, and super tender "litid", in a very big serving. The chicken feet on the other hand was steamed with chopped bell pepper that added flavor to the dish.

For dessert, I craved for their buko pandan which was flavorful because of the pinipig included. You can never go wrong with Chinese food!

Really slow service, but really good food. The kikiam here is tastier than that of Mann Hann's.

It was 7pm on a Saturday and every restaurant at Trinoma was crowded. And Flavours of China was no exception. This is my second time dining here. The place was okay. Too many tables and chairs leaving small spaces for customers and waiters to walk through. The air conditioning is not that good also since the place is quite hot. To compensate there are two industrial fan inside the resto. We ordered lechon macau, spicy squid heads, seafood curry and unlimited yang chow fried rice. The price range is from 230 pesos to 500. The taste is like an authentic chinese cuisine. And the servings is good to share for 2 persons. If only for the food i will definitely comeback here .

All is good but the service is poor.
We waited for 10mins for a seat since they were still cleaning up the tables...
The food came one by one which i really hate. Nido soup came with the crackers which is good but yangchow came with shanghai and the rest came after we finished eating.

They need to improve their service.
But food is great here.
"Pwede na"

Oh..,price is cheaper here compared to others!
