Had to go back for the cream puff. In fairness, they did not skim on the filling. I gave it a 3 star rating before because of their inconsistencies, but for the cream puff I'll give them a 4.

The cake was made from Formosa, the products are inconsistent some are good some are mediocre, but the best thing about them is that they put their bread and pastries on sale starting 8:30PM until they close or until all baked items are sold out.

The spring roll bread and floss are good. :) its bigger and almost taste the same from breadtalk and cheaper too. The pizza bread is great it can fill you up, loaded with toppings it sure will fill you up.

As a birthday gift, my mom received an advance blueberry birthday cheesecake and candles from her siblings 128522

Sorry no pic since they cut into it already 128518 I enjoyed my slice even if it was a bit too sweet for my taste

Grateful to my aunts & uncles for the surprise! Very sweet of them 10084

The breads and desserts are imitations of the ones from Breadtalk. We bought French macaroons which seemed like meringues with a hint of cream in between. The cake slices wouldn't satisfy your sweet tooth because they were big in prize, small in size and lack flavor. Their chocolate mantou didn't taste anything like chocolate, it tasted like an ordinary Monay from the corner bakery.
They also do not issue a receipt of any kind unless you demand to get it.

Originally planned on giving this 3 stars but since I'm considering how my parents (especially my mom) reacted after tasting everything we bought, it's now up by 1 star. 127775

Everything looked so good with the place's warm lighting but I managed to get just 3 items.... Sakit sa heart! I got a pack of milk macaroons (they were shaped like macarons but it said macaroons on the label lol), which were ok. I could imagine having it for merienda with a cold glass of Coke while conversing with some old people.. Huh. Its consistency was far from that of a macaroon or a macaron. It was like a macaron-ified mamon, actually.

I also got a rectangular slice of their yema cake. This one surprised me the most because my parents liked it so much! I guess it was because it wasn't too sweet? I kept on telling them how I thought they'd enjoy it because it was made to please the oldies. The third item I got was their donut on a stick. As expected, it lacked sugar. I don't know I guess I just have really have a bad sweet tooth..

I recommend this to people who like pastries that aren't soaked in (soaked with?) sugar. They really offer a lot of stuff (from moon cakes, mochi, kiamoy candy to slices of cheesecake, chocolate mousse and milk biscuits)!

PS we got here around 8:20. By 8:30, the place started to get full! Apparently, the prices of the baked goods go down by 30% from 8:30 - 10:00 pm! They were mostly families in their comfy pambahay outfits. I guess they're regulars! I'm just not sure if they do this also in their other two branches (Binondo and Granada St. in QC).
