Authentic Chinese dining at its finest at the heart of a busy rural commercial area! Went all out with a group to try this out - started with Hot & Sour soup and the usual dimsum - friend and steamed shrimp all around! YUM!

Best of our main dishes were the Salt & Pepper pork ribs, lemon chicken, and the Prawns in Garlic and Butter. XL prawns!!!

P. S. A medium size order of rice would be good for about 8 adults. Balance well so as not to over-order!

It's one of the fambam's fave resto. Very good food.128076 But not very good in service. Minsan mabilis. Minsan hindi. Weather weather. Haha Iniisip nalang namin na masarap kasi food kaya willing to wait kami. Pero dahil sa service, i rated it 4 stars nalang...

Their best seller is the Spinach Seafood Soup which i didn't had the chance na picturan pa kasi nilantakan na. Hehe.

Our other orders were.

•Yangchow Fried Rice
•Peking Duck
•Hakaw and Siomai
•Sweet and Sour Shrimp yata (?)
•Fish na hindi ko alam ano tawag haha

Masarap naman talaga dito. Nasisira lang dahil sa service. Sana maayos nila.

Eating again on another branch of fortune seafood resto.during the APEC holiday. This branch have good food but should improve more on their service. Had to ask for water and house tea several times before they serve it. They even forgot to serve one of the orders and since we were almost done, despite several ffup it didnt came, we just decided to cancel the order. Even the bill took so long to be given to us.

I wouldn't say authentic and I wouldn't say best for the price but the food is pretty good :) I like the sweet and sour shrimp and their seafood soup!

Really enjoyed the food here! Even if you don't like seafood, they have a wide range of Chinese food. I especially like their tenderloin beef and garlic! There sesame chicken was also delicious as well.

Healthy living entails a lot of things which includes healthy food. This is spinach seafood soup. It has some thin noodles in it and it really tastes good. We even had a round 2 of it. A good soup for a wonderful night start.

12.26.13 We went to Fortune Restaurant to have lunch, and celebrate our Post Christmas with our Uncle's Family in England.

Fortune Restaurant, like the other Chinese restaurants around Philippines has very similar interior designs and ambience.

Place - Fortune restaurant is located along MacArthur Hi-way in Malolos, Bulacan. The place is well thought of, people are abundant and same goes to Competitors e.g. Max's Restaurant. Luckily for Fortune, many people come and go which made it stand through years from Bulakeños exquisite taste.

Food - Unfortunately for me I haven't asked what were their Best sellers. But as far as their foods taste though, especially what we've ordered [cold cuts (soy chicken, seaweeds, century egg, etc.) Calamarés, Steamed lapu lapu, Fortune soup, Fried Chicken, etc.]

*Cold cuts - composed of soy chickens, seaweeds, century eggs, and many more. They were served together with simplicity of design in mind. The taste were nothing special that would make you order it again, but it delivered satisfactorily to enjoy the dish. Soy Chicken was a bit dry( maybe I'm just used to Wai Ying's Soy chicken that would look like a soup because of the sauce), Century eggs were many; enough to make your head hurts. Unfortunately, I haven't tried the others...sorry for that :p

* Fortune Soup(green soup) - it was served in a large pot and luckily it was hot when they gave it to us; My tongue slightly burned from the hotness of the soup which should be expected. The soup was savoury and well seasoned it doesn't make you say "ang alat" or "walang lasa".

* Szechuan Shrimp - I fell Inlove with this one when I first laid my tongue on it. Not because the shrimps were big but it were savoury, well seasoned, sweet, and as well spicy. However, because it were savoury, there were instances were "umay" is involved.

*two mushrooms with pechay - It wouldn't be a surprised when I would say that this one was another savoury. Thankfully, it was steamed; the color was preserved and it's nutrients. However, when it was served to us it were no longer crispy.

*Fried Chicken - The chicken were shockingly dry but tasty. Actually, If I compared it with Kenny Rogers Chicken, Fortune Fried Chicken would really looks like dehydrated and uninspiring to eat. Remember the eyes eat first.

Conclusion - I would say that I had a good time eating at Fortune Restaurant with my family. It was rewarding and worthy, I might even come back again with more accompany. Though I found out during my stay that some of their plates and tea jars were already chipped and had cracks. It would be better if they dispose it as soon as possible since it might be the root of problems, especially in sanitation. Staffs were warm and welcoming they don't even show tardiness even it Christmas just ended.

I would rate it 3.5/5 not bad for them but I'll let them grow more to become one of the best Chinese Restaurant in Malolos if they wanted to, since Chinese Restaurants in Malolos haven't been that saturate. But they need to act fast since Hap Chan( a direct competitor of Fortune) has a branch here in Malolos and operating already. Not only that, they're also doing good when we talking about numbers 12.26.13 We went to Fortune Restaurant to have lunch, and celebrate our Post Christmas with our Uncle's Family in England.

Must try: roasted duck 4 ways. Especially loved their minced duck (in picture) and the whole family agrees. Very budget friendly too.
