That noon when i found myself roaming around padilla (formerly called gandara) area in search fir some firehouse adaptor, i accidentally saw this little restaurant.

I was really longing for some wanton noodles. My choices were ling nam at t. Alonzo or this place. Since ling nam is not as appealing as this place, i went to this place instead.

The place's name was originally called first cup cafe but recently changed into friends cup cafe just this march for no known reason (at least for me).

Curiosity with a little bit of expectation may sometime lead you to disappointment. In this case i was a little disappointed. The place is nothing like a la mien or noodle house, it is just a canteen with cooked meals and menu. Since i was looking fif noodle:

I thought it was like crispy noodle. It's stir fried beef and noodles with sweet thick sauce. The noodles were not that great tasting it was just okay. Serving size is for a little more than one person maybe 1 and 1/4? Lol.

The crowd is filipino Chinese. The more GI ones. The ones who can both do mandarin and fookien. But at least i understand what they were saying. The servers are very warm and helpful. There's a TV set to stare (lol stare tlga) at if you're eating alone; CR is at the end if the hall which is nice and neat. I am not sure if their second floor is available fir dining. Wifi is free but then you have to give your cellphone to the owner (who was eating there at that time) for him to encode the password.

I had a good time naman.
