Given our country’s hot weather and love for sweets, it makes sense why there are surmounting number of dessert stalls around. And the innovations in having dessert continues to evolve.

The latest concept to hit town is Froozy. They offer to create your own really fine snow ice from Php 155-Php 195. Currently, they have Madagascar Vanilla, Belgian Chocolate, Fresh Strawberry, Tropical Mango and Classic Ube as a base.

I had the subtle ube, topped with fudge brownies, citrus Baguio strawberries, crunchy granola, chocolate ganache syrup and whipped cream. It was my colorful masterpiece with a variety of textures and flavors.

They do have suggestions just in case you struggle with customizations. If you have fear of messing up combinations, you can also try my design.

Froozy is located on the new Veranda wing. It is part of the still ongoing development of decades-old Robinson’s Galleria.

Really liked it! Had the right sweetness for me. Love that the prices are affordable and you can actually eat one on your own, as most bingsu places offer for sharing sizes and Froozy was just big enough for me.

You can create your own combination. You
(1)choose your flavoured snow
(2)choose a size
(3)choose a drizzle and munches

Tried a few of their recommended combo flavours and everything worked. My favourite would have to be the mango cheesecake. Philippine yellow mangoes are my favourite fruit, our mangoes are unparalleled.

185.00 classic / 155.00 mini
snow: tropical mango
drizzle: mango puree
munches: guitars mangoes, tangy cheesecake, speculoos pie crust

I like mixing them all together like a halo-halo. Pretty good!

Met the kind owners and it was so nice to see them very proud of their creations. They also would like to be known as somewhat of an iced treat place, not bingsu.

Sponsored visit c/o Froozy.

There’s a new bingsu place in Robinson’s Galleria called Froozy Snow Bar. You will never missed Froozy even the store is not that big because of its color, a vibrant one. The place can accommodate 7-10 customers only.

We had the following Froozy Specials during our visits:

127847 Mango Cheesecake - 1108811088110881108811088️ 5/5

127847 Modern Halo-halo - 1108811088110881108811088️ 5/5

127847 Black Forest - 11088110881108811088️ 4/5

127847 Summer Camp S’mores - 11088110881108811088️ 4/5

127847 Strawberry Cheesecake - 1108811088110881108811088️ 5/5

127847 Red Velvet Crunch - 11088110881108811088️ 4/5

Mini - Php155.00
Classic - Php185.00

Modern Halo-halo and Mango Cheesecake were my favourites. The iced was so soft and flavorful.

The ingredients of the halo-halo blends well with the soft iced, especially the beans and leche flan.

I like the based of the mango cheesecake it complement with the cream and cheesecake bites.

The new bingsu place looks interesting with its handy and disposable cup and spoon. And the prices were very reasonable, sulit!

Iced desserts are becoming more popular nowadays, and all of trhem have their own unique features, such as different flavors, different toppings, and even a chance to customize your orders. The rampant ones come in a form of “bingsu” or Korean iced desserts, but aside from them, there are dessert places that have their own uniqueness.

Speaking of uniqueness, I was able to come across this colorful place at the Second Floor Veranda of Robinson’s Place Galleria which serves different types of snow desserts: the Froozy Snow Desserts.

Opened on the first week of March 2018, Froozy has been spreading some awesomeness to the mallgoers at Robinsons Galleria by offering different flavors of snow desserts. After eating a heavy meal somewhere, who does not want to have some dessert after?

Froozy uses a flavored shaved snow which is very thin and different from a typical iced dessert which uses some crushed ice and will not melt in your mouth quickly. Another thing, what’s special about Froozy is the abundance of toppings which adds to the yumminess of the flavored shaved snow. And finally, Froozy is for the health conscious out there because it has lower calories and lower sugar content as compared to other desserts such as ice cream and yogurt.

Froozy has some recommended special combinations: the modern halo-halo, mango cheesecake, black forest, red velvet crunch, summer camp s’mores, and strawberry cheesecake. However, Froozy encourages you to make your own customized Froozy cup by choosing your preferred snow, drizzle and munches. Amazing, right?

So, what’s in my Froozy?

Strawberry Cheesecake

What I love about this froozy is that there are lots of cheese which balanced the taste of the whole thing. Oh, did I mention that strawberries and cheese are the best things in the world for me?

Modern Halo-Halo

This froozy pretty much resembles an authentic halo-halo because of the presence of the munches such as the beans, jelly, corn, and the large leche flan! Yum!

Summer Camp S’mores

I love s’mores. Who does not say yes to s’mores? I love how the taste of the chocolate blends well with the burnt marshmallow. It’s not too sweet and the chocolate level is just fine.

Why am I recommending Froozy again?

Simple. Froozy is good-tasting, is unique compared to other snow desserts, and is a healthy alternative for a dessert. The fact that you can choose among the vast selection of ice and toppings for your dessert makes your Froozy experience a very personal one. Froozy can be enjoyed by every type of diners, from solo to couple to friends to family. Froozy is also an affordable idea for a dessert because prices start from Php95. I can guarantee that Froozy will give you a ‘freezing’ and colorful experience at the same time. Next time you visit Robinsons Galleria, give Froozy desserts a try, so that I can ask you “What’s in your Froozy?”

I really loved their snows! Every bite has flavor and really is worth the price and calories 128076🏻

Food: 5/5
I really loved their snow! Their snow has more flavor and tastier than your regular bingsu in the market! I would recommend for you to try their Black Forest, Halo Halo snow and the Mango cheesecake! Or if you’re craving for something that’s not on their menu, you can customize your snow for the same price 10084

Place: 3.5/5
Their place is a kiosk located near the drop off of the veranda, so temperature changes from cool to warm 128517 but I guess the snow can help you cool off.

Staff: 5/5
Their staff is really nice and accomodating. Always have a smile when greeting and talking to customers 128077🏻 an important part of their job 128522

I would really recommend everyone to try their snows! 128077🏻
