There's a new hip hop cardio class! The schedule is quite late, but willing to wait! Hehe.

Exercise! This is my motivation to go to work :) Thanks to FTX, I get my daily dose of happy hormones after a long day.

If you want to take your cardio exercise to the next level, you have to try their Kangoo Jumps! Aside from the cool jumping gear, you'll definitely sweat out the stress. Peter, our instructor, does a really good job on the choreo of our dance routines.

Aside from that, the also offer Zumba, Yoga, Muay Thai, Krav Maga and Pilates.

My gym of choice for three years now. Circuit-training style with a trainer every session. I love how sore I am after each visit.

Their array of equipment, among others, includes:
▶The usual treadmills, dead weights and kettlebells
▶Monkey bars
▶Sandbags and (deadly) ropes
▶TRX and Jungle Gym
▶Bosu ball and medicine balls
▶Kangoo shoes (for rent)
▶Boxing stuff
▶Yoga, Rip:60, etc. classes

Does not require an annual nor a monthly membership.

Payment options are:
▶500 for one session
▶2500 for 9 sessions, good for 3 months
▶3500 for unlimited sessions that's good for a month.

The boxing class is a killer with the warm-ups alone. It lasts for about an hour and usually starts at 7am, which is the best time to go as the gym is still virtually empty. They open as early as 630, I think.

It's at the 2nd floor of the building with UCPB across Salcedo Park, a nice location IMO. Lockers are free for customers and they provide lock and key. Bathrooms are clean, with free liquid soap and shampoo, but I suggest to just bring your own along with your bath towel (although they rent towels out for 30 pesos). Trainers are über nice, very helpful and encouraging, and knowledgeable in their job. Although some may be very insistent in attempting to sell themselves to be your personal trainer for an additional fee, it's a tolerable non-issue that wouldn't affect the overall experience. :)
