The kare kareng bagnet is excellent! Good serving size, the bagnet is crispy and juicy. One of the best kare kare I've had so far. My son also loved it!

One quotation in this lovely restaurant reads, "A recipe has no soul. You as the cook must bring soul to the recipe." Very apt and fitting as I felt the "soul" in my Lemon and Rosemary Chicken with Mashed Potato side. I absolutely love everything about this restaurant. The ambiance and the way you feel that it's not crowded even if there are two long tables filled with people. The way the server managed my expectations. Great service is second nature to the attendants here, and it does not come forced. Chicken is grilled, so I had to wait a while. It's actually a 20 minute wait, and I would raise a fuss if it were any other restaurant. However the server told me that it will be a 20 minute wait, and I agreed. I didn't mind, for some reason, even if I was alone and ravenously hungry.

We had an Ok lunch at this place today. We started the meal with sour salmon belly soup. I thought it would be more like sinigang but I was pleasantly surprised that it was actually tom yum with small cubes of fish. For the main course we had bagnet ni kenneth and grilled tuna belly. The bagnet was good. The skin had a perfect crunch and not too fat. The meat kinda melted in your mouth. Replacing the achara with wilted spinach was actually a good idea. The bitter taste complemented the salty toyo sawsawan. The tuna was a thick slab of fish. The flavor was ok but the belly was a little chewy due to its thickness. The alfalfa sprouts and sauteed veggies made it a complete meal in itself.

Love this place! I'm a huge fan of their slow-roast beef belly. It is simplicity at it's best. The beef was so tender and the gravy was well-spiced and complemented the roast perfectly.

They also have a wide variety of Filipino dishes from the super delectable BAGNET to authentic hot bowl dishes like Sinigang. Speaking of BAGNET, Full Belly Craft Kitchen has perfected this dish. It's fresh and flavourful and I will definitely order it again.

After our meal, we were very full, but found the coffee sansrival to be calling out to us. Definitely were impressed by its decadence and quality. We will surely be back to try the pastas and sandwiches next time. Overall, this place is amazing! I definitely recommend this to everyone.

Cheers
Mickey

The way this restaurant run is like a novice. You can see customers going to the kitchen door to complain about not getting their orders served, waiters are rushing from one table to another without acknowledging new walkin customers. We came in around 7:30pm and waited for almost an hour before our first dish came out which was the seafood pasta and it was too salty, and the waiter took it back to the kitchen in order to correct it, then came the grilled tuna belly but it was half cooked so it has to be returned to the kitchen again. After an hour and a half came their specialty dish which is bagnet ni kenneth, by this time we were already preparing to cancel our order and pay only what was served to us which are sizzling tuna sisig, 2 cups of rice and grilled tuna belly. For me it's not worth the wait. If you come in with a hungry belly, be prepared for an angry belly too.

Warning!!! Not for ppl with high cholesterol 9996🏻️ Place is cozy with a few tables on the first floor but we reserved almost half of it and we were seated nicely - others were at the couch (10 ppl) while others were seated at the tables that were put together that could sit a group of 10persons also bec we are a group of 20. Bathroom is near our area and the kitchen too, so waiters were always near us and they attended to our every need 128077🏻. 2nd floor was for functions and events according to the waiters. We ordered everything from beef, pork to desserts and we were satisfied. Their specialty is the full belly beef roast good for 2 persons - slow roasted belly of beef served with vegetables and mashed potatoes. Soft tender and juicy belly with a little fat of course so it wouldn't be dry. We forgot about the guilt and enjoyed our food 128513 Their bagnet of kenneth is a must try! my family enjoyed it so much and i just took a small bite - it looks ordinary but the taste was superb! it was chef ken's version of ilocos bagnet served with pickled mustard and vinegar dip. I think i liked it more than my order hehe 128584 They devoured it even before i could take a picture if it 128561 Their slow cooked adobo is served with garlic chips and boiled egg. We ordered the trio of panna cotta for dessert - coconut, green tea and malt chocolate flavored 10084️. Kids ordered omelette and their cold ginger juice is refreshing - surprisingly kids were able to drink it 128514

I would recommend this place for carnivores. Their bagnet ni Kenneth is a must try. The skin is crispilicious like chicharon. Not oily and little fat. The meat was not dry. Had lunch here. Tje sigarilyas in coco milk is also recommended and eapecially their beef belly adobo fried rice. The 3 mushroom soup is also thumbs up. The next morning, i brought my friend there for breakfast since they open at 7. Had their rustic benedict. The sauce was too much , making it nakaka umay but nonetheless yummu pa rin. My friend had their spanish sardines and they got her vote too.

They seriously have the best putok-batok food! I've been here thrice already and the food quality is consistent. Even my choosy brothers liked the food, which is surprising since they aren't fans of Filipino food.

My personal favorites are their sisig, kare-kare, and bagnet. I could easily finish 1.5 cups of rice here. 128584

They do allow reservations for private functions at their 2nd floor, which can seat about 50pax. They can also work around a menu for your budget!

This place is not for you when you're watching your cholesterol and weight! Hahaha!

It's such a rarity to find a restaurant along Sergeant Esguerra that has a great mix of excellent service and delectable/affordable dishes. Place was homey and spacious coupled with comfortable seats. Waiter we had was very courteous and accommodating since hehehe helped yours truly with a sleeping 3 year old sleep on the chair (was holding him when we came in). Recommendations were swift and hehehe was conversant. We discovered the new wave loving owner is a coach (Mr. Gregorio - NLEX) and that the place opened just a few months back. Had the monggo, Bagnet ni Kenneth (Chefs special) and chicken tenders. Chicken was average but the Bagnet's were just divine. Monggo was perfect with the rice and the Bagnet's just tasty without much fat. Those including 3 drinks just cost P900+. Dishes we ordered were good for 3-4. Definitely worth coming back for the dining experience and the wide choices on their menu.128077🏻128077🏻

Just look at that. Bagnet ni Kenneth. The meat was super tender and the skin... ang lutong. As in. *sigh* Just a bit pricey at PhP320 though. 128516

Service was good. There was just one server, about 4-5 tables occupied but he was very accommodating and polite. 128077

If you like all things belly (beef, pork & fish) and your cholesterol is not borderline high 128518 then this place is worth a try! Grilled, roasted, fried or braised...There's a variety to choose from..

128070🏼 Bagnet ni Kenneth @320 -- Crispy outside but the meat is tender and not dry. Luckily, it was not as oily as the Bagnet served to April H when she went 128513

12 hour Beef Roast @650 - this was good but pretty expensive IMO... Just around 4 slices of beef belly with veggie and mashed potato

Trio of Panna Cotta @180 - green tea, malt chocolate and coconut flavored Panna cotta...I liked it a lot 128522 wasn't too sweet and went well with coffee 128077🏼

The place is cozy and our server was attentive 128522 WIFI available...will be back for sure once my cholesterol is back to normal 128514

12 HOUR BRAISED BEEF BELLY : tender and juicy ,the taste isgg perfect not salty, for me , more tender is what i like but not to the extent that it will become flaccid ( 3hours more simmering ) maybe ? The belly bagnet is not that crunchy it should crumble when you chew it .

Still here and the service is absolutely abysmal!

45 mins for our orders to arrive... Unapologetic waiter. No desserts available... Nothing really new about the food. Worse, it's swimming in oil... Literally... You can see it from the picture... Not worth it...

• Bagnet ni Kenneth
- I asked them "Who's Kenneth?" they told me that Kenneth was the one who made up the recipe of their Bagnet. So they named it after him. I loved it!!! Super yummy and the skin is soooo crunchy!!!

• Beef Belly Rice
- It's good but for me it lacked seasoning. The flavor was too light for me.
