One of my favorite lechon here in Manila! The meat is tasty and tender, the skin is oh so crispy! If you could eat lechon everyday minus the cholesterol, I'll be eating this all the time!

Am a Lechon aficionado and its my first time to try the Negros Oriental version of lechon.
I ordered the large size w extra garlic, ordering was easy and communication was smooth.
Picked the lechon up at their Petron dasma-edsa branch and no hitches whatsoever.
The garlic flavored lechon filled up my nostrils and i couldnt resist to pinch its crunchy skin off and into my salivating mouth.
High bp aside, the lechon was heavenly and complemented by its vinegar dip (to remove the umay i guess).
The moment i put the lechon on our office pantry...all hell break loose and it was an agonizing 1minute and the lechon was skinless and almost meatless hahaha
All my colleagues enjoyed my bday treat and asked where i got to know this lechon supplier..
All i said was...secret !!! Hahaha
