I had a lovely dinner with my colleagues here earlier. My workmate said only members could dine here. Non-members could eat but there's 20% service charge, though I'm not so sure about this.

Ambience is nice, quite similar to Old Swiss Inn. Food is a bit pricey but really good. I've tried their assorted sausages, pork knuckles, roast beef & king prawn thermidor. Everything was super yummy!128523

Minus one star though because our orders took forever to be served 128540 I suggest you pre-order esp if you're a big group.

I always like eating here! One of the only places you can get straight up affordable and authentic German food in metro Manila. On our visit here, we tried the rammschnitzel, which is basically deep fried breaded pork served with a creamy mushroom sauce and spaetzle. So delicious! We also ordered their beef tartare which we loved. Definitely worth coming back to.

Somewhere along the heart of Makati is this special little gem of a restaurant. Upon entering, it's as if you're in a little restaurant somewhere in Germany. All wood, cozy interiors and lighting... That's the German Club! You can only eat here if you're a member of the club, so that gives it a very exclusive feel.

I've tried a lot of things on the menu but my favorites are: the rammschnitzel served with cheese spatzle (a breaded, flattened pork cutlet served with a delicious creamy sauce and cheese spatzle which is like their version of noodles/rice), the entrecĂ´te steak, a nice 8oz steak served with mashed potatoes, and the of course, the tartar (ground premium beef tenderloin served with a raw egg and condiments). So yummy! Not too expensive, efficient staff and they even serve draft beer!
