I've tried this place when it was newly opened so maybe everything was a lot nicer back then compared now. I think they need to do some minor enhancements and renovations as well to better accomodate the guest. Cheapest and yet a comfy hotel less the amenities. The service was ok, their staff are friendly and accomodating. I would still choose this hotel over the expensive ones since my purpose is to find a comfortable place to sleep at night.

We always stay at this hotel for a couple of days whenever Jm's best friend comes home for a visit. Very affordable. If booked early, you can get a room for around 800+ pesos only! Plus the place is just beside a mall! Very accessible. The only downside of this hotel is that they do not offer free parking for hotel guests. So you have to pay everytime you leave. They are giving a 100 peso parking voucher for one day stay though.

Was given a room that took forever to get cold.
Had to complain to the front desk and they sent someone up. Yet, the place still didn't get cold.
Was transferred to a room that still had an airconditioning system problem. We were too tired to transfer to another room and after an hour, the room became cold.
WIFI wasn't working inside the room.
Requested for change of towels, natapos na akong naligo and di pa rin dumating ung towels 128548128548128548128548128548128548

It's relatively cheap compared to other hotels.
This is the 2nd time i stayed here. First stay was pleasant.

Wifi connection: TERRIBLE ..connection gets lost within 15minutes or less.
Key card: Didn't work on our 2nd day.
Suggestions: The hotel should have a phone connecting to the front desk in every floor. It's tiring to go back down the front desk just so we could get assistance with our key.

The hotel has easy access to public transportation.
Clean rooms and spacious.
Friendly and accommodating staff.
Had a room with the window.
Near to malls and food places.
Free fast and reliable WiFi access in the room.
Reasonably priced especially if you book ahead of time.

It's a dorm type hotel.
No eating allowed inside the room. Penalty of 1,000 if you eat inside the room. (Major turn-off).
No early check-in allowed. They didn't allow us to check-in even if we were just there to leave our bags.
Luggage counter wherein we had to pay 50 pesos for every luggage kept for safe-keeping before check-in time.

Whenever wifey and I feel the need to be near the metro, we book at this hotel. The accessibility of this budget hotel made it very easy for us to go practically anywhere in Manila. 128516

We stayed here for a weekend and I think it's our nth time! Really, I cannot remember how many times we've booked here, haha! The place was nice and clean. For us, it always looked like a dormitory. Mainly because of the reason that we cannot eat inside the rooms. There are designated areas where you can eat. Inside the room, expect to have only the towels, soap bar and shampoo sachet. Well, there is an option for you to avail of a personal kit worth Php 88 when you check-in.

The price was reasonable, got the rooms at Php1800+ per night. If you book days or weeks before, you may get better room rates. The hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. Overall, the experience was good. They should keep this up. 1280779786

This building used to be offices from what I heard. Rooms are pretty small, single beds were what we had. Price was around 2,600php a night. Food aren't allowed in the rooms. Basically a place to sleep over if you work nearby. They have company rates though. Cleanliness is not a question bur the price is quite unreasonable. Location maybe strategic being close to MRT and the Mall is adjacent. If you want to stroll around the Ortigas area, its just a few kilometers away.

Very nice budget hotel. Cheap at 6hundred a night when u book online months before. Very accesible, EDSA is literally infront of you and an MRT station is a stone's throw away. A 24hour convenience store at the G/F and Robinsons Forum mall is beside it. Cons, you cannot checkin before 2pm and eating inside rooms is prohibited, there are plenty of chairs n tables at the lobby. Will surely be back!
