This mouthwatering luscious lava cake will surely make your day complete.
It's a Wednesdate lunch with hubby earlier, back again at one of our favorite cafe in Lilac, this cafe needs more exposure as this cafe really serves good food and has affordable prices located at the well know Lilac Food Street in Marikina.
This cafe was a nice place to relax. We've been here several number of times already and nice to be back again. Had Aglio olio pasta for hubby as this is his favorite here, lechon kawali as my entree and for our desserts is this delicious lava cake. One of the best lava cake I've ever tasted I swear! Cost only 90 pesos! Service was fast and they have wifi also.
If you love lava cake just like me you should try this at Goldrip Cafe

We're looking for a place to chill after a filling dinner in Fat Daddy's Smokehouse. Went straight to Lilac street so we can have more options.
My friend suggested Udderly but I felt like I've had enough milkshake that night and was opting for other options. Forget Me Not came into mind but we couldn't find it. Then we saw this café located at the 2nd level just few meters away from the newly-built Puregold grocery. We decided to check this out and settled here instead.
I got a slice of sans rival, Christian got a cup of Strawberry ice cream, and Patrick tried their Tosted Almond Mocha.
Sans rival was okay. Too buttery and too dense for me. Not sure if they made their own ice cream here, I forgot to ask, but not bad. I never tried the coffee, but I think Patrick will surely write about it. I liked the latte art, by the way.
I heard that this branch has just opened last January. The place was quiet and was perfect for chit chats with friends while enjoying a hot cup of coffee. They're also serving Filipino breakfast meals, entreés, salads, panini sandwiches, smoothies and frappes!

Addition to the growing list of good cafes in Marikina️
Last Sunday afternoon , I was with my two boys and went to Lilac for a new foodie adventure , i spotted Goldrip Cafe at the second floor of a building at 42 Lilac Street.
The place was neat and peaceful and it was a perfect place to spend a Sunday afternoon before another busy weeks starts.
We got two carbonara , one dulce de leche frappe, chocolate caramel frappe, and two choco lava cake! I am a huge fan of Choco lava cake and glad they have it here. It's the most cheapest Choco lava I've known in the area and it was a bomb! Tasted so good especially when it flows like a lava, chocolate addicts like me will love it! Pasta and coffee were good also. They also sell cakes there.
Service was fast and the staffs were accommodating. They also have wifi here and place has nice ambience. Include this on a must visit place in Marikina this 2016.
