First to review this hole on the wall place in Puerto Princesa!

Our driver led us to this place before our long journey to El Nido. The place is a bit off the city proper.

We really didn't expect much but we were in for a treat! Green Bamboo is a relatively new place (about less than a year) and they source their fresh catch straight from the boats in Roxas City.

The place itself is beside a small resto bar and it has various live seafood on display. There's a construction area nearby though but we really didn't mind because we were famished! We got lobsters, big crabs, red lapu-lapu, and beef broccoli. It took a while to be served but it was all worth it!!!! 128588🏼

You can choose how you want your dishes to be cooked: steamed, creamy butter, etc. We opted to have our crabs cooked in chili garlic and the lobsters (pictured) in creamy sauce. Sauce pa lang, solb na! The sauce was tasty and indeed, very creamy. Sarap pang extra rice!!!! 128055128061128055128061

The lobsters and the crabs were so fresh it had that natural sweet taste with every succulent bite. The lapu-lapu was a sure winner as well ! We just had it served steamed yet the all the flavors of the sea were there. 127754

The crabs had the freshest aligue that I've ever tasted! It was my first time to eat crab fat which had the same color as fish roe. What a delight! 🦀

I feel like I'm never going to get over this place. I just realized that our seafood here in Manila is NOTHING compared to the quality in the province.

Please do give this place a visit!

Adios! 128111
