We went here for a quick weekend getaway. It was not difficult to locate the place, as soon as we arrived; we were greeted by the courteous staff. I was amazed on how well-maintained their facilities are. If you want to enjoy nature and have so peace and quiet time, this is the right place for you. We joined their hiking activity, there was not much to see in the last station of the hike, but it was fun though. We also enjoyed the bike rides and swimming activities. Too bad the hanging bridge is under maintenance when we went there. The place is also perfect for picture taking 9786

We were supposed to checked-in into another hotel- Lewis Grand Hotel but by some faith we stumble upon Green Cayon. The place in unassuming. Security is tight for the safety of the guest. During weekends, it is usually fully booked. This is a great place to unwind and be with nature. Loved their pool and wave pool. The hanging bridge is safe. Food can be improved though.

My future mother-in-law (NAKS, haha!) planned the perfect getaway; we all needed a break from the hustle and bustle of city life, from only seeing each on special occasions or weekends and from being so caught up with our own personal lives. Don't come here if you want to do your own thing or different water sports or activities because there's none. The place actually limits you to enjoy some r&r and maximize family bonding time (like cycling, ball games, hiking, swimming, etc.).

Overall, the place was nice, clean, smaller than what I expected but very well-maintained. You know that the owners mean serious business when you see them in every corner of the resort. Hahaha! We didn't get to enjoy majority of the facilities because it was way too crowded during the holidays and the wave pool wasn't working that time too. So basically, all we did were take photos, stroll around, play badminton and pig out.

Each room is different from the other; the owner uses his personal artworks/furnitures to accentuate every space possible. He practices minimalism and uses the human anatomy as his form of inspiration. Not my kind of artwork but I liked the feel of the wood furnitures and displays.
The room we got was really big, had a second floor and could comfortably fit around 7-8 people. I liked that we had two restrooms in the room; so waiting time when one was taking a bath wasn't a problem for us. The stairway access to the upper bedroom was a bit steep and could use a little reconstruction. But other than that, it was relatively new and very spacious.

The ONLY restaurant/cafe within the resort deserves its' own paragraph. The food took a good 1 1/2 hours before they were served. And c'mon, kare-kare and sisig do not take that long to cook! They were expensive and bland plus the serving size was really small. The only saving grace for our meal was the 5-cheese pizza, it tasted like the ones from Amare in Baguio. They need to improve and train the staff especially the cooks because a lot of the guests were already pissed off when their food arrived. Please work on it, sayang naman.

Anyways, do I plan to come back? Probably not. It's one of those places that you visit once and never again. Oh, and just a heads up.. no mobile services here, so be prepared. But the good part is that the entire resort has wifi connection within its' proximity.
