4 friends and I booked 2 hotel rooms. The rooms, for their rates, are pretty sulit! Although I understand there's like a dorm area talaga with bunk beds which would have been perfectly fine by me. Let's just say I stayed with maselan friends and I really have nothing to complain :)

Bathroom amenities are a bit old but the rest are fine. Really comfy bed and cable TV is available. I'm so glad they use inverter aircon because their floor-to-ceiling ratio is a bit big.

Hotel cafeteria is a ripoff, though. Meals are expensive and they don't even taste that good.

They don't allow you to bring durian or marang inside the hotel premises. They also give you only one key card!!

The place is a bit far from where the happenings are in the city, but it's close enough to that food strip in F. Torres.

Will come back here to stay for sure :)

For me, this is like Davao's version of GoHotel. Booked the king deluxe room for the first night and triple standard for 3 nights.

Size of the room: Spacious. Big leg room.
Was supposed to book the family room but they only had one room and it was already booked. However, the triple standard room was big enough for 4 people. We just requested an extra mattress for 200+ pesos.

Budget: Economically-friendly. We got our money's worth. Free breakfast offered or rooms good for 2 which came from their cafeteria. Food's not that bad.

Room description: A/C works perfectly fine. It got our room cool in a few minutes despite the heat of summer. We got the rooms with no window. I actually prefer such rooms so we could wake up late. However, you can opt for a room with a window. They allow us to eat in our room unlike in Go Hotel. Very clean.

Location: Within the city. Walking distance to several fastfood chains and people's park. Ergo, one could enjoy durian the moment he wakes up. Means of transpo is not a problem.

Service: Excellent. Fast transaction even if booking was done through texting. They also confirmed our booking the day before we arrived. And they even texted us hours before our arrival, asking what time we'll arrive. Quick service for request of extra linens and towel.

Parking space: Found at the basement. Security guard was present 24/7. But then again, knowing we're in Davao and Mayor Duterte is here, it's pretty safe to leave the car anywhere. LOL
