During the long weekend I was relaxing at home when I receive a call from my friends from the south (Paranaque). They told me they are going to QC for a foodtrip and if I were game. As usual I immediately gave my go signal. The 1st stop on their list was this vegetarian resto in south triangle area that I've never heard of. I gladly met them their. The place was located on this small street of Sct Castor. The place looks like an ordinary house with lots of plants. Felt like some homestay in the province.
The interior was very homey and this time felt like a backpacker hostel because of the foreigners dining inside.

Their menu was full on vegetarian and mostly vegan friendly. Prices are also very friendly. Ranging from 100-200 php only. Since this was our 1st stop we just got a light meal of Three for all appetizer. It was a choice of three appetizer. We chose Crunchy Bean Curd, Potato Patties and Veggie Sticks. The Crunchy Bean Curd was very good and I love the sesame seeds added to it. This reminds me of the Chinese dimsum version of the dish. The Potato Patties was good but nothing special to it. The veggie sticks was like veggie tempura. I also love this one. For the drink we tried out the Lassi (Yogurt Drink). I love the sour taste of the yogurt and it was refreshing at the same time.

What I didn't like was that the server was mostly at the back of the cashier and mostly not visible to get their attention.

They also sell some green products in the store similar to Healthy Option. You might want to grab some.

Overall love the chill vibe of the place. The food and drinks were good and affordable. Will surely return to try out some of their pasta and wrap dishes.

Last Tuesday, I wanted something filling, delicious, healthy and cheap. Seems like mission impossible, but I set out in search of that "something" anyway. That was how I stumbled upon Greens. It's a vegetarian restaurant that offers salads, mains, pastas, wraps, etc.

The place is kind of quiet and simple. They also offer vegetarian food products to one side. Prices appeared to be all affordable with everything either below or a little over 100 pesos. Healthy and cheap, check!

I got a bit carried away and ordered a bunch of stuff off their menu 128517 I got their ham and mango wrap (120 pesos I think), BBQ with your choice of plain, java or pink rice (I got pink rice, 100 pesos or so) and their sisig (155 pesos). Orders came after some time. Service was pretty average. It was a bit hard to get a server's attention as they were often behind a wall and not staying in the dining area that much.

I tried the ham and mango wrap first. The wrap itself was thick and the whole thing was bursting with ingredients. Be sure to put some of the white sauce they serve it with.

The BBQ (2 sticks) were slathered in a yummy sauce and served with the rice and atchara. Tasted BBQ-y but the texture was of course, a giveaway that it wasn't really meat haha.

Finally, the sisig. When it got to me, it really looked like legit sisig! The serving is good for about two people to share. It tasted good, but the texture is on the gummy chewy side and lacks the crunch that some sisig dishes have.

After it all, I was definitely full and thought each dish was yummy and I will not hesitate to order any of these again if I'm in the mood. Filling and delicious, check!

Vegan wraps meet all my needs for a convenient meal, healthy eating, and low calorie food! At Greens, I ordered their ham and mango wrap for a change because my usual order would consist of chicken or tuna. The flatbread alone was surprisingly heavy, packed with fresh ingredients. Their dressing made every bite so much richer and fuller. Their wraps are priced at 120php which really is a bargain for flavorful vegan food!

If you're the carnivorous type, try their vegan BBQ. It's the sauce that will probably keep you asking for more. Make sure to match the meal with their best-seller, their green house salad so you can say you had a guiltless lunch! 128521

Ever find yourself craving for Filipino food but dreading the health consequences? Fear no more. Greens is here. All the dishes pictured here: Sisig, Barbeque, Beef and Brocoli and even a Burger -- none of them have any meat in them. Greens is an affordable place to eat completely vegetarian food, thanks to the magic of science and ultimately, kitchen art :)

Healthy food which makes your stomach and wallet healthy as well :)

I'm afraid I have no pictures because I ordered barbecue for take out. It would not have done justice to any presentation on my plates at home. The BBQ meal is delicious and affordable at P100, for a few seconds you would actually forget it's not pork. And the java rice adds to the effect as well. I was so glad to know that previous reviews were right.

I also ordered the fried bean curd skin, cost P120 which was interesting but not something I'd order again. I forgot about the chicharon!

The place is homey indeed and clean, with efficient staff. Parking might be a problem, but it's a long street...

Overall an experience worth a repeat :)

Definitely one of those hidden gems in the Scout areas. This place is something a meat lover would even like. I especially loved their sisig (made of tofu), and their adobo was good too (also made of tofu and mushrooms). I didn't get to try their bbq tho which people said was good.

Since Cafe Vegis was out of sight, either they were under renovation or the building was really demolished, I drove straight to Greens for some takeout chow.

Let's order the staples! Never go to Greens without ordering the following:
- Sisig (they are more on the maasim kind of sisig but dang, I'll trade my sister for sisig especially on days when she's being masungit to me.)
- BBQ (barbecue barbecuing barbecue. Php35 per stick! Tastes so good you'll forget that the texture is too soft.)
- Chicharon (just wipe excess oil, dip in vinegar, and you'll see pigs thanking you in spirit!)

Aside from the three staple orders, I ordered their "fish" relleno (veggie meat) and it tasted like the relleno you order outside as well! Although I prefer our yaya's relleno, Greens's version does the job!

First time eating Vegan meat was not really good. So I was n't expecting much last night.

After eating at Greens, i suddenly thought of turning vegan... BBQ, Sisig, Chicken Pastel, Rilleno. Sarap! 128076

I'm currently on my 3rd day of my GM diet where all i can eat are fruits and vegetables. So naturally, we went looking for an affordable vegetarian resto. They use veggie meat!

I had the parmigiana which was really good for about P150, the barbecue wrap for about P90, their sisig at about P150, and the rellenong fish at about the same price as well.

The food is really good for something so healthy. Relatively cheap too. The staff was very polite as well. Not to mention the place feels like home.

Definitely going back!

We tried their vegetarian barbecue and we almost can't tell the difference to a real barbecue! Also, their carrot cake(and other cakes as well) was really mouth watering!

They also offer veggie meat and other healthy products.

I can't wait to go back at Greens. Definitely a must-try :)
