The burger photo on their easel outside the restaurant was very enticing so we tried it out since I love burgers.

I got their Indulge Burger (P345) which was already pretty pricey if you ask me. I was expecting for at least a half-pound burger for that price. But I was disappointed when it was served. It looked like a slider which is about the size of my fist.

Taste-wise, it was okay. But nothing too special about it. The bun was good though since it's brioche. It was served in a couple of minutes so kudos to the fast service. But that's not enough for me.

We also tried their pork quesadilla and it was okay. Nothing out of the ordinary. The lemonade that we tried was a bit weird since it was just sweet with no lemon taste. Their iced tea tasted like Army Navy's which is a good thing.

Overall, it was an "okay" experience. But I find it too pricey for what we got. Will I go back? Not anytime soon.

It was my first time to try Grind Burger. I was really not a burger person, but for whatever reason I was craving for a burger that day. Also, I haven't gone to SM North for quite a while so I decided to try the newly opened ones at the ground floor level of The Block. To my gastronomic delight there was a burger place!!! I asked the lady who greeted me (who by the way was very sweet. I presume she's the manager. ) for her recommendation. The burger patty tastes good. It's tender & at the same time juicy! I also like the fact that it had lots and lots of onions!!! I also give a thumbs up to the potato chips that comes with the burger. However, I was quite disappointed with the bun. Im a bread person, so I can somehow tell if the bread is ok or not. It's different from what 8 Cuts have. The buns that the fast food uses are even better. Oh well... Over all? I would still recommend this place128522

Been almost a year since my last post and oh how I've missed sharing my faves with everyone... Speaking of faves, I now have a new favorite GRILLED CHEESE spot in town. Try out Grind's Grilled Cheese sandwich which comes with a side of Tomato Soup. The sandwich is perfect in itself but paired with the soup, everything just seems to come into place. The swiss cheese and cheddar oozes right out of the rye bread and that hint of pesto with a touch of crema on their soup.... To die for!!! I recall blurting my delight out loud when they served my order. I just dug right in and dipped my grilled cheese in that super yummy bowl of soup!! Try it, you won't regret it!

Should not have opened here at The Block yet. More than half of the menu is not available. Receipts cannot be printed yet. Very frustrating. The Grind Burger is good though, a bit on the small side. The Popcorn Shrimp is meh.

Not worth the prices they charge.
