I am a big fan of Katsudon so that's what I ordered and I didn't like it. It looks like Katsudon but did not taste like it. Plus the fried rice does not and absolutely not go well with Katsudon, a plain gohan will do.

Though I finished the gyoza, my first time to eat a whole gyoza. But still not worth the 160.00 I paid for. Then I grabbed Plato Wrap just to feel satisfied with my dinner. Feels like the Katsudon is a wasted calorie count.128078🏼

After we went to LlaoLlao... we headed to Food Choices of Glorietta to have lunch and ordered the Teriyaki Plate from Gyoza Bar by Osaka Ohsho. For Php169.00 you will enjoy Chicken Teriyaki, 2 pcs Signature Gyoza, Fried Rice and Miso Soup. A great deal right? 128521

Located At Glorietta's Food Court is one of the best places to get your Japanese Fix. With eye catching designs and decors, you surely couldn't miss it!

I was seriously craving for some Japanese food. I did not have to think twice. I knew what I wanted and that was their Katsudon and their world famous Gyozaaaaaaaaaa!

The order came with Yakimeshi Japanese Fried Rice. A bowl of Miso soup. 2 pcs of their Famous Gyoza and Katsudon!

Php169 for everything. Super sulit and I loved everything, super good. I gobbled my order up in one go!! I would surely come back for more. Please open more branches too! 128525🇯🇵12785710084

My friends always have thought that Gyoza Bar is just one of the fancy Japanese restaurants in Glorietta. Well, yes it is and it's even fancier! I ordered the first dish in the menu and it costs only 122 pesos! While they ordered food from the other store and spent more than what was mine.

I have been to Japan and tasted their food. I must say, i know at least the difference in taste of a food prepared in Japan and the food prepared here in the PH. And that's what made Gyoza Bar hit my 5 star rating. The taste is much alike! Better than other Japanese restaurants out there.

They didn't compromised on the serving and the taste. It's a winning quality for their market!

The Gyoza was so tasty, you would wanna eat 'em all in a single bite. Yum!
The Miso Soup tastes no different from the one in Japan!
Rice taste was superb with all the ingredients mixed in.
The Pancit was topped with squid flakes :D p

Recommending Gyoza Bar to everyone who loves Japanese good food!

I was looking for a place to eat in Glorietta the other day and thought of checking their food court. Since it was just me, I didn't have to bother thinking if the place will be okay for my kids. Looking around, I spotted Gyoza Bar by Osaka Ohsho. Been seeing reviews of Osaka Ohsho and have been wanting to try for the longest time but distance wouldn't permit. So I thought this was my chance.

Big Bento Box of Pork Tonkatsu for only 195php - not bad at all. The bento box had 2 pieces of gyoza, rice, noodle and pork Tonkatsu. Also came with a small bowl of miso soup.

The Pork Tonkatsu was just okay. It wasn't as flavorful as I thought but it was tender. The sauce that it was drizzled with was sweet and salty - just right. However, the breading wasn't as crisp anymore.

The gyoza were good. Steamed with that signature crisp bottom, I liked that it was swimming in a spicy mix of soy sauce with chili oil. I wished there were more of these yummy babies in my bento box 128563 Maybe next time I'll add in an extra order of gyoza!

I liked the noodle in the bento box too. It was simple and was more like pancit canton but was rather good. It had some veggies in it and was somewhat spicy.

The set also came with fried rice that was just okay.

Overall, it was a good meal for 195Php. Sulit!

Extinction Burst again. My carb cravings are off the charts. I conditioned myself that I'll be home a lil late because of the horrendous traffic in Makati, so why not make spend extra minutes giving into my wicked cravings.

Passed by Food Choices, saw a beautiful mural. Got a lil curious and i saw Gyoza Bar. Same as Osaka Osho, this is the affordable version. Food comes in sets, affordable (php 120 to 200). Opted for the Grilled Mackerel set (168), set includes Miso Soup, Gyoza (2 pcs) and Chahan Rice.

Set up is the grab and go kind. They give you those round thingys that blink once your food is ready. Didn't wait that long, bento is ready in a jiffy.

The fish is good. Grilled to perfection, tastes fresh and best paired with the soy sauce. The rice is mediocre, typical fast food chahan but will satiate your carb cravings. Needs a lil flavor, a pinch of salt perhaps. I love miso soup, subtle and calms the nerves. The gyoza is a different story. I haven't eaten a lot in my lifetime, (Nagi's version is nice, best paired with Red King Level 8 Spice Level), is it me of theor gyoza is way too salty??? I dunno how legit gyoza tastes like but i am pretty sure it's not level 10 salty.

Rating is two stars but i am adding one for the fish. That's their saving grace.
