One of the best places for good food in puerto princesa. Thos reminded me of a favorite inato in Bacolod City because of their sweet style chicken inasal together with it's special sawsawan. Got to try their chicken skin chicharon as well and I had a hard time stopping myself.

Back to reminiscing my previous trips...
My mom's relative invited us to go to Puerto Princesa in 2011. She was a manager at a government office there, something to do with the piers ata, so she's based in Palawan already. We booked a flight right away and we all were excited first timers. She was our tour guide on our first day and she treated us for lunch. She brought us to Haim's Chicken Inato.
I remember the resto had several kubos where the tables are. Each kubo has several paintings on the wall. Nice! It was a breezy afternoon so ang sarap mag-stay sa kubo!
Each of us had an order of chicken inasal (of course!) and a grilled seafood platter to share. All are delish!!

This resto is just 5mins. away from the airport, so we had dinner here before heading to back to MNL.
We ordered the ff:
⬆ Ensaladang talong at itlog na maalat
⬆ Buttered shrimp - fried shrimp with garlic butter sauce. i like their take on this dish.
⬆ Grilled chicken - flavorful & tender. they served this with a patis-like condiment unlike the usual toyomansi.
⬆ Buko shake
Efficient service & affordable food! Must try!

Here's the deal: Grilled Tuna + Chopseuy + Buko Shake = happy tummy. Plus, there are interesting paintings around. It's like eating in a kubo art gallery. Or maybe that's just me.
