I tried Spicy Tobanjan. Sakto lang ang pagka-anghang for me. Not too much. Ramdam mo yung spiciness, it will make you sweat. Sakto yung luto sa noodles. I only wished na sana mas marami pa. Masarap. Kaso bitin. (Or baka sobrang gutom lang ako). But it was satisfying, made me want to order more. haha. Maganda din naman ang ambience ng place. Worth it naman yung food and service.

I'm a massive fan of Hanamaruken. It's one of my favorite ramen places, and I visit multiple times a year. Their food and atmosphere are 💯💯💯. Try their Happiness Ramen at least once--the pork is flavorful and tender, even melt-in-your-mouth. The servings are generous, and I can stay full for hours on the gigantic slab of pork. It can be pricey though, and it's in limited supply (24 bowls of Happiness Ramen a day, if I recall correctly). You can opt for their comparatively cheaper Salary Man ramen, which I also like.

We love eat here bc their ramen tastes really good. A bit costly but the serving size is already good for sharing. A must try for ramen lover.

Tried the chasyu ramen and loved it. The soup temperature was just right. The proportions - meat x ramen noodle x soup - was just right. Noodle was cooked perfectly. Soup wasn't too salty and oily.

My niece who is a noodle lover enjoyed her signature happiness ramen. Even my dad who is the pickiest eater I know loved his spicy something ramen.

It was lunch time when we arrived so we were waitlisted as guest number 5, got seated a few minutes after. Servers were attentive. Ambiance is good.

Nothing beats ramen on a rainy day.

Been here several times and it's still the top of my Best Ramen list!

Went here recently to cure a cold my boyfriend got and while I was having a crappy period day. Needless to say, it did wonders.

In the photo is the Spare rib ramen. Their broth is really tasty even though you'd see all the fat floating and no matter how hard I try to take it out, they'll just melt in your mouth with all that flavor.

I don't usually slurp all the soup of Ramen but in Hanamaruken everything is finished. Noodles are really firm too. The spare ribs were a bit fatty but still the kind that meat falls off and juicy with every bite.

Serving size was big and worth it to me, i'd look at other tables and see families sharing bowls but I'm happy to finish my own. No shame, that's how delicious it is! 128076🏻128077🏼

Took my #guiamfam for dinner date yesterday at this place. The place was well setup with good decor. The food was very nice and generous with the serving. Staff was very attentive to your request. I try their Signature Ramen and i love it. The beef was so tender it almost melt in my mouth plus the soup base was flavor full of ingredients. You must try the Tempura and it was good too. .

My first time in a Ramen Place.
I was not really a fan of Ramen. Japanese food? Yes. But Ramen is not my usual cup of tea... soup rather.

Originally planned to hit the gym but the officemates are a little pushy on having a Tuesday night dinner, we pushed our Ramen night in Hanamaruken.

I ordered the Spicy Tobanjan Ramen. I love spicy food so much i will kill for chilis. Haha! Anyway...

The place... is nice. It looks clean and comfy. Its a little compact and small, knowing lots of Ramen fans, I say they can still work on extending the place.

The menu... is a little limited. I guess its okay because their primary focus is to serve ramen. They have like 5-8 types of ramen and the rest were dimsums and rice bowls already.

The food... is nice. It was savory enought to be called a decent dinner. The seving was also good. I think a bowl of ramen can be split to two (depends on your level of hunger. I went there super hungry so the bowl goes solely on my stomach, just mine). I didnt expect it to be mild though, I expected something very very spicy, like flaming spicy. Knowing that my order is called "SPICY TOBANJAN". It was least of what I expected.

The price... is a little pricey for me. Im not a ramen fan so 200 up for a ramen is expensive for me na. Haha! But not at all expensive, its tolerable. The food naman is awesome.

The service... is okay. Not fast, not slow. Just fine.

The revelation for me was their Chicken Karaage. Its so delish' I wanted to order another but its already sold out, that's how good it is!!!

Overall, I will still ear at Hanamaruken... but for the chicken karaage. 128540

We decided to try this place because it is often a part of top 10 ramen lists. Sad to say, we were disappointed.

The ramen isnt good. The noodles were soggy; and the soup base was bland and too oily.

The only decent thing we ate here was the tempura (480php). The shrimps were huge, juicy, and fried well.

One thing they should really improve is the service. Only two tables were occupied, us included, but the servers took a while to get to us. They were either too busy chatting with each other, or putting on make up. Who puts on make up in public, at a restaurant?!

There are many other good ramen places in QC now. Iont think well be back here.

I have been to this place a number of times but this is the first time that I will make a review. This place is cozy, have an authentic japanese feel. Their food are so good with big servings. The ramen are chewy (which is the way i like it) and the soup base has a concentrted flavor. Definitely the best ramen house for me.

Enjoyed my first visit here with Sarah & Dong.
It makes me wanna crave for more and shout "Rameeeeeen". Liked the prawn tempura & gyoza, too. Really good place for good friends.

Ramen isn't at the top of my list when you ask me where I want to eat but MIL and Lola wanted soup for dinner.

On the table
🔹Pot Belly Ramen - strong bold meaty flavor. Surprised at the size of this thing. I could probably fit my face in that bowl. Noodles were slippery and I had to request for utensils. It didn't look appetizing with the fat floating to the surface but taste made up for it.
🔹Drunk Man Rice Bowl - catchy name lured hubby to order this. He was pretty happy with the taste although he said it was extremely spicy. I had a spoonful but it wasn't spicy. He must have eaten all the spicy stuff already.
🔹Champon - broth tasted similar to the Pot Belly Ramen but less porky/meaty.
🔹Gyoza - average taste

My Pot Belly Ramen was good but I've had better. The rest of the gang liked it here though and even inquired if they had branches that were much more accessible to us.

*loved their plates, bowls etc.

Happiness is isang tipak ng karne that melts in your mouth! 128523
The Happiness ramen has a shoyu tonkotsu based broth. It's not as milky as the ones from other popular ramen houses. The broth was light and with a good hint of garlic that I really liked. That slab of slow cooked pork tho! My gosh! Happiness inducing indeed! It was really flavorful and paired really well with the broth. I think they also serve that pork over rice, which I'm sure will bring more happiness 128518
Just a note on the noodles, I didn't like that the noodles were a bit soft. Usually with my ramen I want the noodles to be firm. In the bowl that I got I felt that the noodles were too soft so it had the texture similar to cooked instant noodles 128513
But overall that ramen really did bring me happiness!
Will definitely eat here again and eat THIS again!

A bowl of Happiness Ramen will truly satisfy one hungry Juan's stomach! Add in an order of Gyoza paired with the ramen. Either on a hot and cold weather it doesn't matter, I will still order those two.

Ramen meat was really tender, the soup was very flavorful and the noodles were perfectly cooked!

I now found a new place to go to get Gyoza! A Single order already has 8 pieces, so be sure to have someone with you to help you finish everything. :)

We ordered a salary man ramen, happiness rice bowl and gyoza. We're totally satisfied with their ramen, we already had one bowl but decided to order another salary man ramen. It really taste good! One of the best ramen I've ever tasted here in Manila. Their happiness rice bowl with pork rib was also good, no wonder they call it happiness hehe. Sadly, we left our gyoza for take out...but we'll definitely dine here again!

Their ramen has always been good. Their happiness ramen and rice bowl definitely made us happy. I craved for their Tempura after seeing every table with it. So I waited a week salivating for it.

Tempura has always been my favorite! Sadly, it didn't make me happy at all. To my dismay, it only looks yummy. But it isn't. I probably just got excited seeing how big it is compared to the usual tempura you see in other fast food chains / restaurants. It was bland. Totally tasteless as well as the tempura sauce. It's not also crunchy. Having tried this made me want to go to Four Seasons! They have one of the crunchiest tempura ever!

Good thing I decided to try their Chicken Karaage too, it kind of lessened my disappointment. Just do not over eat it because there's a lot of excess oil.

I would be back, but solely for my ramen craving.
