Same old same old. Hap Chan is still delicious when it comes to their rice and dimsum. I love their Beef Balls and Hakaw. One of the go to places of my family when they crave Chinese.

Only a few Chinese restaurants are serving house teas and Hap Chan is one of them. Average chinese food but what makes them better from the other is their ambiance. One of my favorite dishes from Chinese cuisine is their soup. The Hap Chan Beef ball noodle for only 140. It's very flavorful and quite heavy. It's very tasty and it goes well with almost all of the Chinese dishes. It is very recommended that this soup should be eaten while it's hot. I was referred by Rufina C to join the #loolooiPhone6giveaway!

Food's pretty ok. Prices aren't exactly "value" level but they're not at ripoff level either. My one complaint is-what kind of Chinese restaurant doesn't $!&;ing have mango sago for dessert!?

Perfect example of "just ok."

Rainy night and we need some hot soup so we passed by here because it's near UP. We were on our way to Charlie's Noodle in San Juan but streets were flooded so we ended up here.

Ordered wanton noodle soup and beef brisket noodle soup. We both didn't finish it. We just had some soup, some noodles and that's it. Kept us warm so that's the 3-stars. But nothing to rave about.

Oh, when we entered, the place had a bad smell- like cockroach. There were also couple of big flies. Flush was broken. Faucet in sink was broken. This place looks rundown.

If I had a choice I'd go to Charlie's.

Lobster ball noodle - very well done. Clean-tasting flavorful broth, al dente noodles. Very comforting and easy on the budget (P120).
