For our lunch, we decided to go for Chinese food. We ordered yangchow fried rice, congee, fried chicken, beef with broccoli, hakaw, sharksfin and chilled taho for take out. Total bill is a little less than 1100php.
Everything we ordered were delicious except that I find the fried chicken really dry. The food were still warm when I reached our room in St. Luke's. Yayyyyy! They put generous amount of shrimp in the yangchow. Hihi. The beef with broccoli was really tasty! Ofcourse, love their dimsums dipped in their chili sauce. 100841008410084 I love the red lanterns tied on their ceiling 128077128077128077

Ordered salt n pepper squid and yang chow fried rice. Fried rice is good; for the squid, they used Star margarine for the batter so there was this distinct taste that i didnt like.

Better than the other chinese resto (NP) we recently went to. Ha kaw is kinda oily, but the noodles and other dimsum are tolerable and within value.

On one of our Saturday night family dinners, we ate here at Hap Chan. Chinese cuisine is my favorite, so imagine how excited I was to eat! Anyway, I can't remember the names of everything we ordered but we had the usual fried rice (not yang chow this time though, I think it was salted fish/chicken?), spring rolls, beef noodle soup, fish fillet with garlic, lechon macau, and beef brisket. I'm not sure if I missed something, but I can assure you that everything tasted delicious! I can't wait to eat here again! 128522

Had a late lunch yesterday with hubby at Hap Chan E.Rodriguez just in from of St.Lukes Medical Center for while waiting for his follow up checkup.

The resto was almost full. This is our first time at Hap Chan E.Rodriguez.Hubby and I are in a hurry so we need a quick meal.

Hubby is still on a diet so he just had a lobster noodle bowl.It cost 160pesos.It was place in a big bowl and has generous serving while me I had the salt and pepper spareribs with rice which cost 180peses.My order is 20pesos higher than hubby but when I saw my plate it has small serving but when I tasted it,the spareribs was really spicy and I loved it.It was really good and I just wish that this meal will have a generous serving dahil nabitin ako.I am craving for more.

The resto was clean and the service is good naman. Most of all I love the red lantern hanging on their ceiling.

I will always be a fan of Chinese food. This resto is a bit pricey but the quality is good.

good hot shrimp salad :) too bad the waiter didnt know that they serve it, i asked if they have it and said no but when i checked their menu one by one they had it listed there.. their lechon Macau wasn't crunchy at all... then when I asked for a sauce for it, they gave us vinegar. Whew! then I asked for a hoisin sauce and they served it chilled... Hayyy. Hate the service!

You will love everything about the food. The service sucks, though. Kailangan pa ba humingi ng house tea before ka bigyan?
