Harbour City offers an array of Chinese food. They have different types of rice tops, noodles and soups, steamed and fried dimsum, and desserts.

Ordered original steamed fried rice, siomai with bacon, siomai with quail eggs, and stuffed taro. Everything I ordered is simply delicious. The service is also good. I can't complain.

Try to eat here when you visit Cebu!

Late post.

Also in Cebu, had our dinner here. Known for being one of the best dimsum places in town. That's why we tried.

We arrived almost closing so we just ordered what's left available.

Food was indeed delicious! And the dessert? They name it Xieping - it's a Chinese version of our Halo-Halo. But theirs really looks appetizing because of the plating and color coordinations. What's more interesting? The fine violet-colored ice! It wasn't too sweet and a little less creamy. I must admit - I still love our own version.

Can you say 'No' to these foods? We're always on the waiting list if we decided to dine in here, but the service is fast and the foods are very well cooked.

No wonder why this place is jam packed. Good Food with a Good Price. I didn't expect that I would be that full after eating in this resto. Everything tasted right. 128515

Somehow this branch is better than other Harbour City branches in Cebu. It's clean and less crowded in terms of table set-up. Every guest has ample space to enjoy his food. I really enjoyed eating here. 128522

I never miss eating at Harbour City whenever I'm in Cebu. There's really just no other place that serves dimsum pork steamed rice like they do.

A good restaurant to dine in for delicious dimsum grub. My favorites are their Steamed Fried Rice. Quail Egg Shaomai and the Sweet and Sour Pork. Their Stuffed Shrimp and Crab Pincers are good too.

This place offers the best dimsum in Cebu according to my colleague, he brought us here for merienda or early dinner.

I tried their Quail Egg Siomai (best seller), ordinary Siomai, chicken feet and spicy steamed rice; all are mouthwatering and affordable 128076128079 too!

This abacus helped me tame my son who is so inip and tired na from our City Tour.

I had a lunch with my family one time and we decided to try Harbour City Dimsum House located in Ayala Center Cebu.

Pork Steamed Rice
It has shrimps, pork, peas, and a really tasty sauce. It is a meal in itself, but you certainly wouldn't want to miss other dimsum favorites.

Quail Egg Siomai
Always a staple in our table along with the steamed rice, and regular siomai. It's juicy, soft, and very yummy!

Shrimp Toast
Crunchy outside and soft inside. This is love!

I have so many favorites in Harbour City that I wasn't able to snap a picture haha, but I strongly recommend this to anyone visiting Cebu. 128516

If you're craving for authentic dim sum, this is the place to be! Fast service without compromising quality of food and service. If not for the lenten season, i would go for trying ALL their dim sum items!:)
