Dreadful service. Food was not up to par. Needs a lot of improvement.

This is the resto version of the fast food chain Dimsum Break. Foods are d same, the difference is that you pay after u eat.

As this is also our daughter's fave steamed rice, the 4 of us ate 7 bowls in total!

Hakaw is yummy just for p70- 3 pcs! Empress roll was also yummy!

On our last day in CDO, we decided to just eat something light for brunch since we've been pigging out for three days 128055
We saw Harbour City the last time we were in centrio so we gave it a shot. Best decision ever! The dimsum is served in carts (like they do in Kowloon), they had a fried dimsum cart, a steamed dimsum cart and the rice cart.
For the rice, we got the steamed fried rice which is plain rice and they pour like a sauce with meat etc on top. So good! My husband got the fried lobster ball and for the steamed dimsum we got bacon dimsum (you read that right 128513), quail egg dimsum, mushroom dimsum, pork siomai and something else.
Everything was delicious! And we only paid php600+ for everything!
My friend said it's a Cebu original so I hope they open one in Luzon soon.
