Poutine Chili Con -
Fries were overcooked, potatoes were dark brown. Chili got its heat from hot sauce drizzled over it (what??). Cheese was processed and not melted. It wasn't feta, as one review stated. Looked nothing like the photo on their menu, too bad I didn't take a photo.

Fish Market + Chips -
Also overcooked, potatoes also dark brown. Fish was not Alaskan Pollock, as advertised in their menu. It's dory. Ugh. I love Dory in Finding Nemo but not on my fish and chips.

Onion rings -
Also overcooked, it's dark brown. Taste is acceptable, considering the other two dishes were bad. Weird dipping sauce for fish and chips - sweet chili with a squirt of mayo (again what?)

Seems they don't change their cooking oil all day, we were there near closing time. Not a reason to serve bad food.

Service water - served in plastic glasses, rims were dirty. Ordered bottled water instead.

Not coming back. HATED IT.

Harry's Cafe de Wheels is a self service Australian franchise that offers pies, hotdogs, poutine and a whole lot more. It has a diner feel with the black & white floor tiles, brick walls, wooden benches and stools. Snapshots of celebrities like Kevin Costner, Elton John, Joe Jonas, Pamela Anderson and even KFC's Colonel Sanders visiting Harry's other branches are framed and hang on the walls.

On the table
🔹Beef Tiger Pie - one time deal for me. The crust was a bit thick and everything was mushy and bland without the sauce.
🔹Hotdog de Wheels - hubby really liked this
🔹Chili Dog - mom and lola enjoyed this
🔹Chunder Chowder - bread was too hard for lola
🔹Minestrone
🔹Smash'n Pumpk'n Soup - a bit sweet
🔹Poutine Chili Con - Fries with great tasting chili.
🔹Stoked Fish - just an afterthought but a really great one. Fried potatoes and fish fillet that sure hit the spot.

Food was good especially the Stoked Fish, Poutine Chili Con and hotdogs. We'd probably go back when we're in the area. Prices are a bit high for a self service restaurant but quality is good. Servers were very friendly. You must eat your food quickly as the paper liners get soaked and look unappetizing after a while.

Food is delicious BUUUUT if you are not a fan of long waiting time, this place is a big NO. We ordered Chicken Poppers, Original Poutine, Harry's Chicken, Ultimo Midnight Oreo and an iced tea. It took forever for Harry's Chicken to be delivered. The whipped cream in the beverage was melted down. Lastly, some of the personnel are not wearing hairnet. 128542

Good food. But expect for a long waiting time. Mostly on weekends.

Cream cheese brownies y'all! After walking our dinner at EBBC and walking around a bit, we were ready for dessert 128523 Harry's is almost beside the morning after and from their window we saw that they had milkshakes, brownies and a lot of other stuff so we decided to give it a go.
Looking around the resto, found out that it's an Australian joint. Food is fairly affordable except for the hotdogs and pies which I guess are imported from AU.
Cream cheese brownies for just 60 I think. Hubby tried the strawberry milkshake and it was TDF! For realz! Super thick and creamy but you can still taste the strawberry bits 127827
Hubbybear really wanted to get a pie since it's their bestseller so he got a beef pie. They advised us that it'll take 10-15mins and you can see that they popped it in the oven (not microwave) so that's good.
No a big fan of pies so I can't really give balanced feedback but hubby said it was ok naman 128522
But if you're going, milkshakes are a must!

You know how Australia holds a special place in my heart. We got to try Harry's again, a little bit after they opened. There is still lots of people eating when we went there. The staff is more sensitive to customers. Maybe a little bit slow with the service time but tolerable. The servers are friendly enough.

As usual, you have a lot of choices for food. A little pricey for my taste thinking it is a fast food after all. Ordered the tiger pie with meat as the base pie. It was good. I am not a fan of peas so I do not quite like the taste. The crust was just okay, nothing special. The meat was good though. There are lots of condiments available to use to make your meal more delightful and tasty.

Aside from the meat pie, the hotdog caught my fancy. It was good but still very pricey 128529

I loved the combination of toppings and how it blends well together. I love that there is a hint of spice with this one.

Cannot wait to try the rice meals and their other offerings. 128076🏻

Tiger (classic) pie was good, was so full after becaused of the mashed potatoes and peas 128512 havent tried harry's in australia so i cannot say if it tastes the same compared to the one served here, hope an aussie can try it here then comment how the manila branch fares!

The chicken was good too but too pepper-y for kids, so if you have kids just get the chicken poppers instead.

Care for some Arvo Iced Tea?

This new joint at Solenad is really interesting. Harry's hail from the Land Down Under and they specialise (notice my Australian English? 128527) in serving meat pies and hotdogs.

A simple food truck from Australia, Harry's in Nuvali is transformed to full-fledged restaurant. They have different offerings from meat pies, hotdogs to fried chicken.

They serve drinks like the Arvo (abbreviation for Afternoon) Iced Tea and some Bundaberg drinks too.

Service wise, it's pay as you order and self-service, they give you this pager that lights up when your order is ready to be picked up at the counter. They have a range of condiments to choose from to complement your meal.

Taste? It's good. The pies are really something. It's something different from the usual fare that we have when it comes to fast food restaurants.

Price? A bit on the expensive side for me. 128517 For a fast food joint, I find it a bit expensive. The servings are great though. I can easily quell my hunger with one turtle pie and a drink.

Would I be back? Yes, definitely. I have yet to try the other items on the menu and Australia has a special place in my heart. Haha. 128525 Can't wait to compare it to the original one when I visit next year.

Hooray for my 100th review!

Don't go here and expect to eat after a reasonable waiting time. It took them awfully long to serve our orders. Then I made a 2nd order of their Very Berry Shake and their Smashing pumpkin soup, it took them 30 minutes to serve both! Good thing I didn't wait for their device to vibrate and got my shake from the counter as soon as I saw it was ready. If I waited for it to be served, we could've ended up with 2 soups instead of one and a dessert. Horrible, just horrible.
