I tried the visayas ave branch. Must try: hassan fried rice...and of course, the hummus.

Downs: tomatoes and onions on the beef kabbab were small.

Mahirap daw talaga hanapin tong lugar na 'to.
You won't be able to get here if you don't have looloo maps.

Saan na kayo?

Hassan.

Saan?

Hassan.

Aba malay ko sayo, sarili mo yan.

nyeknyek, nakatulog na ako. boring.

ANYWAY, went here with Ja B, Via, Roll, Howard and Sheldon G. After UP gig FT. I was honestly expecting an express service because there weren't a lot of customers there (nahirapan ngang hanapin yung place. ok, tama na). After ordering our Beef Kebab Combination P120, my friends told me 15-20-minute serving time, as per their disclaimer. Oops, didn't see the fine print. I wanted to eat-and-run because I need to go to the office at 6, it was already 12:45. Okay, alright, wala na akong magagawa, wait wait nalang.

After 21 minutes, over na sa expected time! We followed-up the orders, 3 came in.

After the 3 finished up their food, we asked for our orders again, for the 3rd time that time. And then 2 came.

We figured it must be 15-20 minutes PER customer's meal. Must be super fresh to take them that long, ya?

Sheldon got up to the counter, prinessure si Ate. "Bill please." "Itemize the bill please, we don't understand your code, and please give us a total." (Si ate gusto pa kami mag-add, suplada pa!!) "Follow up the last order please"

Pag follow-up ni Ate sa kitchen, she opened the small window to tell the cook, PAK! Ayun, Sheldon saw the kuya/ate inside slipping Ja's order INTO THE MICROWAVE. HUWAAAAW! huli kayo mga asdfg kayo!!! WALA KAYONG TIP!!!!!!!

Awa ng Dyos, after an hour, natapos ren.

Hassan, NEVER AGAIN!

Hassan na kayo pupulutin sa service nyo?!

PS, na-impress pa naman sana ako sa variety of sauces, L-R: Super Hot (and believe me, it is), Garlic Herb (garlic-pesto that's not at all bagay with kebab), Chili Cheese (maybe if you eat it alone, masarap sya), Pepper (didn't try that one), Cheese, and Original. OH WELL, this isn't gonna save you, Hassan.

+1 star because food was ok (even though we found out it was microwaved, masarap pa rin naman... so...)

One of the best place for a late night kebab cravings. The place is along the food strip at katipunan extension.

We ordered their best seller beef Shawarma, beef kebab, and shawarma pie. The shawarma's good, lotsa beef and veggies. Beef kebab, however, seemed sad. It's kinda bland and maliit yung servings. I like their shawarma pie, you can really taste the fresh tomatoes and meat toppings.

The place is crowded usually during weekends. No parking area so you'll have to park along the highway.

Great place to have late dinner and a bottle of beer.

Great food. Affordable price. Plus you can choose from 5-6 different sauces. If you're on to a quick bite or just craving for shawarma, eat here. I'd recommend the chicken shawarma with the pesto sauce or the garlic pepper sauce.

Can't say this is the best persian place but if you're craving for shawarma, then this will do for the meantime. Their shawarma is priced at php75-95 but the serving has more onions than the actual beef/chicken. Kebab rice is a popular choice here too (less than php200) whats good here is that order is fast, you have different choices for sauce: garlic mayo, cheese, super spicy sauce, etc. what i liked here is their keema pizza, must try if you eat here.

They used to serve excellent meals, but not anymore. In my last visit, we were served rotten meat (I'm not exaggerating) TWICE (the order was beef kebab). I see the place still getting packed, but because of that awful experience, I will never eat here again. Too bad, used to love this place before. 128532

Saturday. January 19, 2013.

We decided to eat here after our Daranak day trip. The food is okay. The place is okay. The parking is kinda not okay dahil sa gilid lang siya. Lol.

The ox brain is okaaaaay. Lasang balot.
The chicken kebab is the ordinary kebab lang na you can find anywhere. Haha.
But the sauces are kinda okay.
Garlic cheese 128077

Puro okay? Wala eh. Haha!

Okay so this is another place you'd probably not go to until
1. Someone who knows the place takes you
2. You live, work, or often visit a place near by.

Here's the deal, food is good and right for the price. place is not boring and you can take your friends here since its a drinking joint. Special someone? It would be great to go here only when your on a the 3rd date onwards.

PRICE:
Meals 80+ - 280
They have group meals 200+ - 400++
Drinks / beers - 20 - 35 - 80

SERVING:
the amount of food is just right for the price given the quality of the taste and food.

SERVICE:
Waitresses are okay attentive enough. Nothing else special here no freebies or dances and whatnot.

AMBIANCE:
Old worn out woody surroundings, they have a television to keep you entertained, they also play loud fun music.

Surprisingly they have a good view up the 2nd floor at night, so if you want some semblance of a "romantic" budget-friendly not too cheesy kinda place you can go here :)

Park at the side of the road, yup dont worry mo one's gonna tow your car

RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. Sizzling keema with mozzarella cheese - 90
This here is something you'll keep coming back for especially at that price! I even do take out for this just bec. I crave it sometimes.

2. Beef Chicken Masala - 120
My bf seemed to like it, That he asked if we can eat there tom like three times today.

3. Plain Yogurt Shake - 65
Well i love frozen yoghurt a lot and this is not an exception. It just tastes refreshing and you know its healthy :)

CONCLUSION:
Go here order sizzling keema first not shawarma haha but thats good too
We'll keep coming back thats for sure once in a while at least.

We would often go to this kebab place because it's affordable and it's near our area. I super love their strawberry yogurt shake and their chelo kebab. You might encounter problems with parking because it's along Katip.

If you're looking for a quick fix of persian food at a low price, then this is the place to visit. They have budget-priced steaks too. Try the beef shawarma plate, ox brain and pair it with a yoghurt shake.
