I needed a place to rest and eat in between lunch and dinner shifts on Mother's Day. I didn't feel like rice so I decided to check out Heaven and Eggs. It's not the same sunny, country style restaurant from years ago. It's a bit dark and gloomy despite the yellow walls.

It wasn't too cool inside. I was about to move to another place but the server who assisted me was very friendly. He guided me to a spot where the aircon was strong. He reasoned out that the heat from outside could really be felt each time the door opened. I think the aircon wouldn't be able to handle a full room. There were only 2 other tables occupied during my stay.

The Classic Eggs Benedict didn't look impressive but it was pretty ok. The dish was tasty. The bread was thin or maybe the toppings were heavy haha. I liked the thin asparagus pieces and the poached eggs. The potato strings were a bit oily. The Mango Shake was refreshing but bland.

Most of the servers seemed like they were on their break. You could also hear the chatter in the kitchen.

Overall experience was ok but this won't be one of my go to places.

Our recent stop for our monthly breakfast....and they choked bad. Not sure dahil madami kami but they were confused af. Lol. Wrong orders being served here and there. Maling luto ng egg etc.

Received a couple of complaints from my officemates tuloy.

My order was spared though, and masarap naman so good job.

One thing i did notice was the new design/theme. The place is darker than usual, considering we were supposed to be in heaven. Hehe. And alam ko they did use bright colors before. Weird lang.

And the swing is gone 128557

Interiors are so dated and the ambiance of the place is not so good. It was dirty, the leather chairs had cracks on them that made my legs itchy. The cieling even had water marks on them.

The service was the worst part. The server that ushered me to my table didn't look happy to be doing his job. The girl that took my order did not know what was on the menu, she did not know the prices and did not even know if they had single serve iced tea.

As for the food, ick. Their Roast Beef tasted old. The beef tasted like it was in storage for three months after being cooked.

I feel bad for the 500PHP that I wasted.

Save yourself from this place, mag Conti's na lang, sa kabilang kanto lang. LOL

They may be known for serving comfort food but their crew is very discomforting 128078🏻128078🏻128078🏻

Our server was very rude, she never smiled at us nor etertained us, what's worse was when my boyfriend asked for some water she picked up his glass, and then banged it in our table, i was sitting at the opposite end of the table and so my glass is in a distance that she may have to bend just a little for her to reach it but instead she banged the glass she was holding and gave me a mad stare, i was busy at the moment but the banging sound made me look up and i saw her giving me that rude stare as if she was telling me that i was obliged to give her my glass, i was turned off by her attitude, so rude!

Not sure if Eggs Benedict or Sunny Side up eggs with hollandaise and a side of what seems to be Pik-Nik.

Heaven and Eggs is like a hole in the wall place in Glorietta. People rarely see it, but during brunch on weekends, people go here for some comfort food. Why? Because the serve good breakfast and they even have a promo on unlimited steak and eggs for roughly P800 or P900. We tried their oreo pancakes and it's fluffy and good. Really good! It's also affordable. Their breakfast plates are good too. I tried their tapas as always and it's juicy. With a lot of vinegar, it's perfect. My sister tried the tocino and it's good too. The price is good too, not overpriced or anything. And there's only a few people at dinner. You can also take home breads from Baguio Country Club. I'd say this a great breakfast place for a lover like me. Or a steak lover would definitely give this a try.

After a hundred of times passing by at this restaurant finally I got to try this last night.

The place looks nice, quiet and clean. Only complaining on the couch since most of them are not in good terms na. It has some kind of scratches which kinda hurt when you sit, especially when wearing shorts.

Ordered their Classic Manila Ribs. It has this huge/ slab of ribs, served with fried/crispy egg (forgot the exact term), java rice, atsara, a tomato and tiny piece of salted egg. It was fulfilling but nothing special, just for me. 128513

Tried also their buffalo wings, not spicy at all it's more like garlic chicken. Hehe. Dip was plain mayo.

Their contest/promo of unli steak (80g per serving) and eggs looks exciting! Server said it also includes mashed potato. You just got to beat the record of 5 refills and it's free! If you don't get 5, you have to pay regular price of 799. My father wants to try it. Haha

I miss their interior during their Eastwood time cause before the interior matches the name heaven & eggs! Food is still delicious... Hubby ordered pinoy big breakfast for 495 that can be sharing...
I ordered Classic Manila ribs... Always egg combi of sunny side up and scrambled! Though the place is quite dark for their name... And may nakita akong tipaklong na tumatalon-talon Sa ilalim ng centralized aircon... Hehe... Plus you can buy baguio country club's popular bread the raisin and banana bread! Yahoo... 128522 Same price! Wala Lang carrot loaf 128542 but it was ok! Love the FOJ 128525

This is their Chicken Teriyaki. Weird. I was forced to order this because everything with potatoes is not available. What a shame. This is my second time eating here and the last time was a couple of years ago. I was expecting to eat some potatoes after long hours of working. Nothing's special in this dish really. What's more annoying is that the waiter already set up glasses and stuff so it's really going to be a shame if we backed out. I hope the crew/server just offered similar choices but nothing. As if we owe them to serve us. Pooooorrr service and management. They say everything is no available because it is Holy Week. Well, would just like to remind them that they're located in Makati Business District and a lot of residents and people who work there do not observe the Holiday. I hope they've set expectations first before we got served. Kainis!

We were really hungry and it was already past 9PM. There were only few restaurants that were open around Glorietta during weekdays. We ended up having dinner at Heaven & Eggs.

I wanted to try their Crispy Adobo Flakes but it was not available so I had Classic Manila Ribs for P335. The ribs were okay and it went well with the java rice and atsara. Although, I think the serving size was quite small considering the high price of the food.

It wasn't heaven at all!

I was bewildered at first by how huge the servings were, but everything we've tried were bland and poorly seasoned. In other words tasteless. Not even heaps of syrup can save a really dry piece of waffle and pancakes.

Not coming back again!

Breakfast spot for those visiting Manila and up early with the major time difference. They open at 7am!

Menu has a wide variety of western and Filipino breakfast options including savory and sweet. Everything from pancakes and crepes to longanisa- sweet Filipino pork sausage, fried chicken and unlimited steak and eggs- it's true.

Start your day here and make it a real meal complete with garlic rice. Ask for a newspaper - it's in English. Take your time if you show up for an early breakfast since the rest of the mall won't be open. They do have wifi but today it didn't work- they said the password was steakandeggs

Bring your appetite. Something for everyone especially if you're all about breakfast and want to be out of your hotel room to pass the time.

Good attentive service despite the heavy Sunday morning crowd. The salt and pepper spare ribs was more peppery than salty. Not a runaway winner but workable.
