Our training was hosted in this restaurant and the space was so huge! Also I would like to commend the restrooms, very clean and well maintained. Wait staff really accommodating even the chef who was at the bar sitting was also directing people towards the venue proper. Now comes the food part. We had buffet style and since it is late merienda/ early dinner we had carbonara, chicken wings, breaded fish fillet and for dessert there was a brownie/ chocolate cake with drizzled caramel (couldn't figure out because of the texture). Okay- carbonara was flat and bland no wonder when we left there is one chafing dish full of carbonara untouched, even thougj some people had second servings. The wings was a bit spicy for my taste but nevertheless tasty. The crispy fish fillet was cooked very well but I think they forgot to serve the sauce until somebody called their attention128561. You might say that these may not be their specialty but of course expectations will be the same towards quality of food being served.

Celebrating our 12 year anniversary here, actually there was no plan cause hubby and I both forgot our occasion... Naalala Lang naming Nung nandito na kami SA estancia mall. Anyway we wonder that they accept walk ins unlike in their branch in Tagaytay highland you need to make a reservation. Yun pala humiwalay na si Mr. Chris ng stocks. But they still branches. Going back the place is warm, pleasant and has expensive looks. The food I like the scallop risotto. The steak ok Lang Pero Mahal. Everytime I eat steak I always compare it to tender bobs kase it's same American steak maybe the reason why it's expensive it's because the place. I like the shrimp. Nothing much special. Mahal Lang haha! Same Lang kc sila ng lasa ni tender bobs eh sorry for comparing.

Service is damn terrible!!! We had to ask for their initial serving of water 3 TIMES!!! My wife ordered salad then it had hair in it. Though the manager was apologetic. Ceasar Salad was ordinary. Nothing unusual. Their Highlands Prime Chops was so dry. One of our orders was missed. Never going back to this place.

Celebrated dad's birthday here last month. We ordered family style/for sharing.

On the table
Mushroom Soup With Puff Pastry - this was such a treat. Hubby loved this!
Fillet Mignon - can't recall if we ordered the full order or the petite version. Steak was ok. The mashed potatoes were bursting with garlic flavor.
Steak Platter - the server did not explain which steak was which. They were cooked well. Bitin though on the portion of the fries. Presentation could be improved.
Tomato Anchovy Pasta - the bite i had was a bit bland. I couldn't taste the anchovies but mom said her bite was flavorful and hers had anchovies.
Chicken Piccata with Lemon Caper Sauce - this was very tasty and all of us liked this dish.
Highlands Prime Chops - juicy huge slices of pork chops. Couldn't taste the bacon in the sauce though.

Overall, we liked the steak platter, chicken and mashed potatoes. We were also served complimentary bread and butter while waiting for our food.

The servers were a bit distracted though. They served us 4 waters and 4 breads although our table setting was for 5. Dad and sister walked around after we ordered.

I would probably go back to celebrate a very special occasion and indulge in their steaks.

prime rib eye medium, carbonara, potato skins and chilean cab . caesar salad. just tough to compare with Melo's and Myron's good sharing portions for 14 oz. limited selection of wine but price friendly.

This Smoked Salmon Dip was just ok. I didn't quite like the pesto butter crostini served with it, not only were they too thick, but the pesto was overpowering. I could taste the pesto more than the smoked salmon. Could have been better with plain bread.

Simple yet delightful, is how I would describe this off-the menu dish at Highlands. Calamari in Olive Oil and Garlic.

Loooooooooved the Baked Scallops here. The scallops were big and grilled properly, not losing its texture and still very juicy. It is topped with cream and Parmesan Cheese and baked to finish. The service was great, too! Wait staff were very attentive and the food we ordered were served immediately.
