We decided to try their lunch set which cost P410 and we're glad we did. It comes with a hearty bowl of shoyu ramen, ebi fry, salmon maki and ice tea shake. It was yummy, filling and worth the price!

Availed their lunch package, everything on the picture for only 410 pesos FTW!!!!
Ramen - the soup is tasty, but as for the noodles it's not the authentic ramen noodles, it's like your instant noodles
Ebi Fry - so siksik yum!!!
Salmon Roll - flavorful
Iced Tea - hahaha ung tooo heaven ansarap
I forgot the name of the other one ung parang pork bun - the dressing, the bread saraaaaaaap
Edamame - i ordered it separately, expensive for 150php and yet konti lang..

I'll still go back and will try their other dishes.

Another ramen hit! First tried this about 2 years ago at one of their first branches in Glorietta. The signature shio ramen left a good impression, such that fast forward YEARS later... realizing i haven't submitted a review for this yet, i had to try the other noteworthy items at their ATC branch (woohoo!).

Well you have to try the signature bestselling shio ramen before anything else. Its light, slightly creamy, and has a noticable pickled olive/berry(?) on top that adds a nice visual touch and unique quirk to the bowl. The spicy kara-miso ramen is a spicier version of their shio, with added gochujang i think. The tonkatsu's pretty good too, as is their grilled flavorful pork cheeks and gyoza (both the kurobota and the fried chicken gyoza).

If you're a ramen die-hard, the chicken ramen is a must. They only make 20 bowls a day so come in early. I finally got to try it after 2 attempts, the first one during dinner time but it was too late and bowls have already run out. Have an open mind since its not your typical bowl. The broth is very light and soupy, as expected from a chicken stock base. Light but packed with flavor. About the same as what you'd get from a hearty chicken noodle soup broth. The chicken slices surprised me... it wasn't dry or tasteless at all. They must have boiled or marinated the meat in soy sauce and sesame oil since i could immediately taste a very soy and aromatic meaty flavor with each bite.

Can't wait to try and review the other hokkaido region specialties on their menu! 128077

The place is really nice and clean. Service was good. The food was also great. We ordered Shio Ramen, Chicken Ramen and Gyoza. The shio ramen soup tasted exactly right with minimal fats and the amount is not overwhelming. The noodles are firm and curly, i think they are not home made. The veggies and pork are also good, just enough to match the entire bowl. The chicken ramen was ok too. Gyoza tasted just average. The price is also great. Definitely a must try Ramen joint for the budget concious 128522..

Went alone during my break time and tried this new ramen house in town. I got this feeling that I can’t explain when I entered the restaurant and asked for a table for 1. I had to stop myself from leaving the place because I really wanted a ramen that afternoon.

I ordered a set meal – Small bowl of Kara-Miso with fried salmon, rice and veggies (additional 20 pesos for Kara-Miso). I ordered the one with the small bowl since I cannot finish their regular bowl of ramen. Yes, they got a big serving of regular bowl and it’s good for sharing for me.

The service was pretty fast and I got my ramen and veggies in less than 10 minutes. A bowl of ramen saves the day. I took a sip of it and all my frets were gone. It was impressively tasty, flavorful spicy miso. I cannot believe that I finished the entire bowl without the help of my husband. I did it! 128522

I was ready to give them 5 stars when I saw the menu on the table. They actually got this same set of menu for a lesser price, but the server didn’t offer that to me. Tsk! I could have saved hundreds for that. 🙁

I also overheard the customers beside me that they found something on the ramen. The lady was teary-eyed since she was almost done with her ramen when she saw the something. The manager went to her followed by the cook/chef and explained what they found in her ramen. The cook asked the lady what he can do for her instead of saying sorry and I think that’s the best way of admitting his oversight. Guys! You should apply this in your relationship!#hugot 128514

They gave her a free dessert, but the lady did not eat the dessert fearing to get another something on her food.

Both my mom and I had Kara-miso Ramen. If I remember correctly, it was the spiciest ramen they have. The level of spiciness was not disappointing but it wasn't as rich in flavor as expected. I also wasn't partcularly fond of the noodles. Their gyoza was too pricey for the small serving size. Generally good food and service but not on top of my go-to places for a quick ramen fix.

It was an offer we can't refused! Hokkaido Santouka just opened a branch in Alabang Town Center and thanks to Facebook we came across a special buy one take one ramen on their opening day!

I was expecting long lines but somehow they were able to gave us a seat immediately we stepped in. We tried their Kara Miso Ramen (Spicy Soybean Paste), Toroniku-Pao and Char Siu-Pao.

Love the spicy kick of Kara Miso Ramen! We were sweating after we finished the ramen. Its a good sweat mind you. I find comfort when I pair my ramen with some pork buns. Toroniku-Pao is their Melting Pork Cheek Meat with Teriyaki Sauce while Char Siu-Pao is their simmered Pork Pao with Teriyaki Sauce. To be honest, I really can't tell the difference. But both of them are really good!

This is just me but I find their noodles reminiscent of that in Lucky Me's Pancit Canton.
