This little Japanese, casual dining restaurant is on one of the upper floors of Ayala Mall Serin, sharing dine-in space with Katsu Sora.

I'd say the food met my expectations. The Ebi Furai Roll was surprisingly good, with a slight crisp, some so-so rice, and fairly good shrimp. Flavor was the savior. Karaage was one of my favorites since it was very tasty and crunchy, and squeezing the lemon over it plus the Ebi Furai Roll made a big difference in balancing the flavor. Its sauce was okay and could be better. Shio Ramen was fun to share for two and the sesame gave it an interesting touch. For the price, serving was pretty adequate.

Apparently, how you order your food is different here compared to other branches. I found it interesting. We didn't have to wait that long and the overall food flavor justified every waiting minute.

We would consider this restaurant again but there are other options to try in the area. This is a common when we're feeling adventurous, which is like, almost...always. :)

Gone Japanese in Tagaytay.

Specialty Ramen (P360) small and (P460) medium
Edamame (P130)
Char Siupai (P130)

Base from the given prices, it is evident that the prices are a bit high. The ambiance will make up for it, but the service and the food will, I guess, not suffice. The food was just okay. Well that's my opinion.

Overall: Good for experience and Japanese feel.

Side Note: There is a Free Chicken Gyoza for every 1,500 purchase
