Shio Ramen:
This was the best order from our most recent visit. Broth was very hot and tasty with some thinly cut meat and soft noodles. I prefer noodles extra hard but this was okay for the time being.

Tsukemen (Chicken, sorry forgot the exact name):
This, on the other hand, wasn't so great. What I enjoyed was the harder noodle texture but the flavor was milder than the Shio Ramen. The deal breaker was the temperature, being warm instead of hot (like our ramen). If it was meant to be served this way, I'll get something else next time.

Cold ramen is available at santouka too! That's what i have tried during my visit here at the recently opened SOLENAD 3.

Love this one. Considering a no brainer meal lol. Just add the mayo and harashi and the cold ramen dip and mix everything. It tasted salad. It got green onions, crab meat, bamboo sprout, black fungus, cucumber, soft boiled eggs, and chasu slices.

Ordinary, but i like it.

128204 gyouza
I Have tasted better gyouza. The meat does not taste that stellar.

128204 karaage
So so. Te size is a little bigger than usual karages. However, it's not as big as yoshuken (still is the best!)

This branch is considerably big. Use the CR mall just in case...

Going back to the rainy season means getting a large bowl of Shio ramen plus pork gyoza to share with the gf. Both were good and satisfying! Serving size for the ramen was just enough for the two of us.

Servers were kind and attentive even though the place was full. 128522
