It's my second time to visit this place. I'm with a classmate and we're having coffee while we do our research. They have sofas and chairs good for group meetings and research (placed near sockets), they have free Wi-Fi plus coffee, food and desserts available have student-friendly prices. You can ask cashier or staff behind the counter for their best-sellers and suggestions should you have any particulars to add or remove in your preferred drink or food.

However, it will be better if they fix their air conditioning. The place feels too hot. It's actually the first thing my classmate and I noticed. I approached the lady cashier about this but she told me they already have set their aircon on the max/coolest temp.

A good hangout place for students of DLSU when they need to finish paperworks or study. Ordered their Mocha Hollyccino, turns out like I'm drinking iced Milo.....only this one's lacking on the sweet side.

But, other than that, this place's ambience is nice, music is good too plus they have free WiFi that don't disappoint.

Looking to meet your friends and have some chill time or talk about something, this place is a good option for you. A korean-themed establishment that also offers Korean desserts. Check it out! :)

This is one of the cafes I discovered around Taft. It's a Korean cafe and is located in front of the Manila Residence Towers and beside 7-Eleven.

When we got here, there were only few people, so it's again a perfect timing for us because we had to finish our research paper already.

The place is nice, they have comfortable chairs to sit on for hours especially if you're planning to study or do some work here 128077🏼

I loved their Spaghetti Meatballs!! I can't explain how it tasted, but it was definitely good although there were only two medium-sized meatballs in it. I just wished they would add more because the meatballs are so yummy. The sauce of the pasta was sweet, but not too much.

I tried their Red Velvet Cake. It was also delicious 128523 I was able to try their Fresh Strawberry something cake (forgot how they called it haha) because my friend ordered it, and I didn't liked it (but my friend did!) Maybe my taste buds just don't like it..

And before going home, I bought a chocolate chip cookie, too. Not bad at all though I prefer a freshly baked one.

Needed to study and we were originally supposed to go to another coffee shop but it was closed. The second one we went to was also closed. I wonder why, so we headed off to a familiar hang out, Holly's Coffee.

There weren't a lot of people when we came in, so yay! However, I noticed that some parts of the couches are already falling apart haha.

I ordered an oreo cheesecake and their matcha hollycino, both at 170 pesos. Bit pricey for me, would've wanted a few tens lopped off. The cheesecake was good, though! Not dry and crumbly and really had a nice blend to it, as did the ice-blended matcha drink. The staff were very helpful and honest haha, telling me their red velvet wasn't really moist, so I probably won't enjoy it. They were all out of pasta when we went at about 8:30 pm huhu, but they still had good and fast wi-fi!

Had to wait for something and I didn't want to walk upon getting down the cab so I walked in to holly's. If I remember it right, the last time I was here, maybe a year ago or so, I wasnt really satisfied (after this review, I might try to use the search feature to refresh my memory and see what I thought of mthis place last time)

Anyway, I didn't want any coffee or frappes nor spend so much money just to kill time so I ordered their peach iced tea. It costs 110 pesos. That's their 2nd cheapest drink next to espresso. I found the iced tea to be okay, quite pricey but it was okay since the drink was very concentrated and had many ice! So this would take time for me to finish, I now have a reason to stay longer.

Hello Pam L! I see you left something here!! HAHAHA. Don't worry! I placed the card back to where I "borrowed" it! 128541

Caramel Hollyccino, please!

I've only been here twice in a span of three years and live really near but it never fails to make feel like I'm in an entirely different part of the world. :)

This started my urge to " #exploringtaft " :)

I dragged my friend here because of our sweet tooth cravings! We had their salted caramel cake it was moist and sweet. My friend had a Caramel frap, and I had a Belgian Hollyccino.

It's quite pricey though, still, It's a good place to chill and study! Will definitely go back :)

Hollys is another of my favorite chill spots! They have good food and coffee. I especially love that their coffee does not taste sweet, unlike a lot of other cafes. They also have a calorie chart, which is a plus for me. The drinks menu is extensive and the interior is nice. Good hangout place at taft!

DLSU FOODTRIP: 2nd stop

Wanted a "break" before eating again. Was excited to have my Sweet Potato Latte only to find out that it was not available - boo! Well, at least the kids enjoyed their Iced Chocolate drink 127851

I thought I'd love Holly's forever but my second visit was so off I told myself never to come back again.

I know the café is lovely and it is such a nice study place but their coffee is just not that good enough to keep students coming. And what was wrong with the place during my last visit? It was so hot. 128554

I ordered their Real Belgian Café Mocha, it was TOO sweet for my liking. I didn't even finish the regular cup. Same with my friend who commented negative on her large mug of Caramel.

Sad. One of the better coffee shops nearby isn't satisfying enough. Someone please put up more coffee shops because others are closing, and I don't know what's happening with Café de Seoul which has been closed for days now 128546

A passerby wouldn't imagine that the interiors of this coffee shop would look the way it does - classy and cozy! I didn't expect it that way 128525 So yes, we've found a new study place.

We ordered the Black Forest Ice Blend and it was very true to its flavor, definitely tasty and delicious. I also tried their Red Velvet Cake but it went really bad. I want the cake moist and soft, but this one was dry and tasteless. Because of this I might not eat red velvet anymore nor would I eat cake any time soon. 128517 My friend ordered the ensaymada with cream cheese? The cheese went perfect with the soft bread. It was light and fluffy too.

Anyway, this is a Korean Coffee Shop, I suppose. They have Korean Specialty drinks flavored sweet potato. I'd be getting that soon. I love Holly's!128076

Warm ambience. Best for studying. Delicious and not-so sweet cakes. Menu for drinks has a list of calories, BEST for maintaining-weight persons like me!

Downside, no smoking area. :(

Pic: Iced Caffé Latte 9749️

I got this accidentally because what I really ordered was an Iced Caramel Caffé Latte but they gave me an Iced Caffé Latte. What else to do but just take it. 128530

I didn't like their Iced Caffé Latte because it doesn't taste anything. I even added 2 brown sugar hoping it'll taste something. Nothing happened. Money wasted. 128078

The place has a quiet ambiance, perfect for students who want to study.128077 I also looove their playlist. They were playing silent sanctuary's kundiman when I arrived. It was my fave song back in college 128525

When i got to the counter the barista greeted me with a smile (cutie si kuya 128540).

I was supposed to have the red velvet cake but I got curious with the Amaretto cake since it got a couple of slices left. Good decision though. The cake was layers and layers of chocolate with mousse and almonds on the side. 128077
