What happened to their tiramisu? No more crust, icing is different. Basta iba na lasa. See my post Oct 2013 and you see how different the tiramisu now is. I have been buying their tiramisu since they opened.
Red velvet, you broke my heart. It was my first time to try this one but grabe naman ang dry mo. Ask me about the icing. Ask me! Lasang Joni's. or is it Jonie's? Basta Joe-knees. You know that old bakery along Pasay Road na bilihan for debuts and weddings before the advent of fondant, when uso pa ang pag tiss (tease?) ng bangs. It's like a dry, soft meringue na hindi masarap.
I was here a few months ago and ordered their tiramisu (default order) and ube cake and masarap pa that time. I was super happy they were open at 12 MN last night as I didn't want to get anything from Starbucks (which was the only place open that time) after our post late night dinner. We ordered 2 slices of each to go.
I think you gave us old cake. 4 pcs of old cake

Aside from their delectable cakes, this meal will surely satisfy one's craving. The taste of grilled chicken teriyaki, the creaminess of the pesto pasta, and with just the right amount of fries and cabbage salad on the side, one can never go wrong with this order. Not to mention their uber friendly staff that will certainly make your Honeybee experience memorable.

As a cake/cupcake lover, just the sight of a cake on a shelf makes me drool. So when we pass by Honeybee's I immediately wanted to try their cakes!
We ordered the Red Velvet Cake and the Salted Caramel Cake.
For me they're good enough to get a 3️ rating. But i know I tasted better cakes though price-wise they're affordabe which makes their cakes marketable.

I had Honeybee's slice of cake for my birthday, i like it! It's not too sweet. Not that kind of cake where you just want to scrape the icing off

I love their hapon-ized tiramusu. The crust is just soooo good.
Breads are really so-so, when I tried it before it didn't taste freshly made.

Everything Green Tea! I'm not really trying to be healthy, I'm just addicted to the not so popular taste of Green Te Matcha. The bitter but almost silky finish it gives got me hooked. Not only that, since Matcha is not readily available here in our country, the challenge of me finding a new Matcha product in the market excites me.
We were in Tokyo Bubble Tea and it's partner patisserie caught my attention - Honey Bee! They've got all sorts of cakes and pastries and this moss green cake caught my attention. Green tea alert - Matcha Cappuccino! Three layers of green teas matcha chiffon cake with coffee mousse in between! Yay! Caffeine overload! Seeing a Matcha cake is rare so I bought the whole cake #crazy
The cake was too nice to be eaten but I just had to dig in and see if my impulse was worth it. Strong matcha taste in a soft and light chiffon. This cake should be served cold to enjoy the coffee mouse, otherwise, it'll become soggy. In any case, I liked it!!! I guess this will be my dessert for a couple of days!

I got curious about this place but was kind of disappointed when we got inside. They share a place with Tokyo Bubble Tea and their side is pretty small.
The bread displays were almost empty. They're similar to the concept of Breadtalk, I think. Anyway, the cake display was very inviting and mouth-watering but I found some of the prices of the cake slices were too steep. We got the honey mango cake but it took awhile before they served it. I don't know why it took so long. Haha. Size was big but presentation/packaging was messy. It's yummy too but the white frosting can be nakakaumay after awhile. It tastes like Red Ribbon's mango cake, honestly
