The best Banana cheesecake I've tasted!127820127856

My auntie visited my place last month and she is my food trip body also. I used to treat her every time we see each other so that Thursday noon I decided to bring her to one of our favorite food place near our village in Marikina, the HBNB or Hot Box Noodle Bar. This is not my first time here. I've been here since the day it opened, glad that there is a fine Asian cuisine near our village. The place has two floors and very neat and has nice ambience. I feel relaxed here because this place is not crowded.

We ordered their affordable combo meals, it has four kinds to choose from, my aunt got the chicken meal while I got my favorite braised beef. It's my second time to try this and I love their braised beef and served with pineapple juice. Imagine you can avail it for 99 pesos no vat and service charge! Very suit!

While waiting for the order , we enjoyed taking pictures and their free wifi. Then our orders came. As we eat the waiter approach me and put the banana cheesecake on our table. I was shocked because I didn't order dessert that time but most of the time when I'm with my family we order that banana cheesecake, it was really good! This is a must try here. The waiter said pinapabigay daw ng boss nila. Then the owner came to our table and told us that his the one who gave it because he reminds me that I was one of their loyal customers. As a token of appreciation and he had read my reviews on Looloo app. The conversation last around 20 mins and the owner really is generous and has a good heart. He works in abroad and has food business their too. He had helped many Filipinos to have a job. This man really has a heart, and I believe that this resto must be recognize.

When I was to ask for the bill Sir Albert, the owner of HBNB told me not to pay anymore and I was really surprised and shocked coz I really have to pay for our orders because he already gave a complimentary dessert and now we're not paying for what we order, I guess it's too much but he insist! God bless HBNB! God bless Sir Albert!

Back here at HBNB one weekday lunch. HBNB means Hot Box Noodle Bar. It's just near our village. It took me a long time to go back again since the food had a little serving and a bit pricey. But because they were beside Chevy Burger and all the customers are eating there, they come up with budget meals for lunch and that's why I came back.

They have 49 pesos meals. I choose this braise beef with a free pineapple juice. The serving is good for one person and sulit for 49 pesos. The place is nice and quiet and has wifi connection , at least now there is a reason for me to go here when I'm on a tight budget

Marikina Food Trip ( J.P. Rizal St) food street guide .

Hi Looloo friends most of you are familiar with Lilac St in Marikina, the food street in Marikina and happy to say that the street near our village which is JP Rizal is starting to make a name. After chevy burger here comes a new one, an Asian Fusion Cuisine in Marikina. Hot box Noodle bar on its soft opening just this week.

Yesterday hubby waited for 2pm because there opening is 2pm but it will be 11am on regular opening .

The place was nice and has two floors. It really looks like an Asian fusion cuisine . The staffs were very accommodating even the chef. We got shrimp dumpling 3pcs is 50 so we got two then pad this for around 120 pesos and it's good for sharing. I suggest you try the pad Thai here . Then the ice tea was good and refreshing and got the banana cheesecake for dessert for around 100++.

They have wifi and AC too. Will be back for sure to try their ramen and other dishes
