Hotel lobby was small. Room was small even though it was a deluxe room already. The sheets were clean smelling and the bed was comfy.

The bathroom was small, the shower had hot water and had regular supply. They also provided toiletries.

Wifi was very weak in the rooms. Even in the lobby it was also weak. 128078 The TV had cable but majority of the channels were "snowy", you couldnt really watch! 128078

The room came with buffet breakfast. But had limited choices and mostly pinoy breakfast fare. They also had an egg station, bread baskets and 2 choices of juice, but its the instant/powdered kind.

If I'm not mistaken, it's the number one hotel in Puerto Princesa... Though we didn't stay here, they did have a promo of use of their pool with merienda at P399... Their pool is pretty and the staff is accommodating... Food is okay... I think this promo is good only for the summer...128522

We stayed here for our annual planning meeting. This hotel is centrally located because it's near the mall, the market, the pasalubong center, and a number of popular restaurants in the city. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They have a cafe at the ground floor where their seafood kebab is worth a try.

Rooms can use some renovation as the bathroom looked a bit tired. Also, we had to keep our drapes drawn because our neighbor's backyard wasn't much of a view (we were in the city after all). It seemed the cuts of the rooms were the same for single, double, and triple sharing. I had to share a room with one officemate and already found it a bit tight. I can only imagine how cozy it felt for those who had to do triple sharing.

I remember staying here during our school trip last two years ago. Everything was so new and neat! Their pool and bar looks amazing especially at night! Food was great. :) Staff are accommodating and I also remember the cute nurse who took care of me when I got a really bad case of stomach ache (from eating too much seafood/ buffet I guess) haha

Anyway, for me they deserve five stars! :)

Impressed with how knowledgeable the hotel staff is not only in terms of the hotel itself but with Puerto Princesa whereabouts.

But seems they were too yearning for customer comments and suggestions that they forget that we came there to relax.

I had the waiter, receptionist and driver in a span of 2hrs asking for our feedback that I gave the latter, a snobbish remark upon asking again. "Mashadong hingi nang hinging feedback, di pa nakakasubo ung customer."

Sorry kuya pero hindi ako judge ng showtime.

Am currently in Puerto Princesa just for the night. Went with my sister who's here more for business than leisure.

We're currently staying at Hotel Centro, and they're very accommodating. Hopefully it's not just for us. The place is big and they're still planning to expand. A fun trivia I found out from the management is that 80% of travelers are local and the rest are international. And at this season most of their market are companies holding conventions, meetings etc.

The place is cozy too especially their cafe. We ate lunch there and I liked their food! Nice plating and delish. Especially the shrimp. 128523 The chef is proudly local From Palawan! 128513128077
I'm sorry I forgot what we ordered. Just that the cake was a special request by the management from the chef.

Funny nga first we asked the server. "Kuya ask chef the what's for dessert."
Then he came back, "Maam lychee dessert."
Then Karla, management, asked, "Masarap ba? (is it good?)"
And then he delightfully replied, "Oh yes maam fruit po iyon."

"Hindi nga kuya? Nakakatawa ka! (Really now! You're funny!)" my sis jokingly said.

Anyways, they managed to get a cake from him in the end. It's coz my sis saw a cake prepared for the convention goers and said that there must be a way we can pinch some. 128518127874

There're are nice things to do here and there's a city tour you can go to. The staff will gladly tell you suggestions for restos or hotspots to visit. I can't go to the underground river coz apparently you need two months before to book. Else they'll make it difficult for you in order to get a permit. Didn't want to bother. I'll just go next time! 128521

I got to swim in the evening in the pool. It's very serene especially coz I was alone. Wee the whole pool mine! Haha I seriously got to relax taking laps there and the hotel is a nice view while swimming. 128089127946

Overall nice experience. 128513This is a young hotel with a lot of promise! The short stay makes me wanna plan for a comeback.
