The food is really REALLY good ( i mean it ) though the only thing i hate here are the people working here. The one that is sitting behind the cashier is really rude. Ill definitely go back for their steak

Ahhh, House of Mini's has been a favorite of our family ever since. We usually eat at their Greenhills branch. I always always enjoy their bread/rolls and butter and the soup and free ice cream/dessert hihi. It's nice that they know the "head/main" waiter (or is he the manager?? ) so we always get free refills

Though not entirely the same with their branch in Greenhills, we still eat here sometimes especially when we want meat but don't want to spend that much. Serving size is smaller as well and no soup and bread and dessert but still good considering the price!

We wanted some steaks one day, but we were also feeling cheap haha, so we decided to try and hunt for some good food court finds.
There, we chanced upon this place. They serve fairly good steaks (surprisingly thick and rather tender) at about 200 pesos only, served with soup and rice, gravy, some steamed veggies and potato wedges all on a sizzling plate.
Good place if you want some mmmeeeaat but also want to go easy on your wallet.

Soft and tasty lengua and tenderloin steak for 200+ each is really cheap yet worth the price it really has this pricey and authentic steak house taste plus the potato wedges and the free soup also tastes good.Service was also fast.🏼

Not bad for a 200+ peso tenderloin steak. Had it at medium and it was tender. Gravy is an essential.
Skip the free soup, too salty.

A perfect food for dinner. Ordered half chicken for 170 and requested for bread or fixins instead of rice. The chicken is huge and juicy but I don't know what makes it salty is it their gravy or the chicken itself. House soup is just ok. But overall it was a good experience. Maybe will try their steaks next time.

Good and cheap!
I tried this first around December last year and I was pretty impressed. I ordered Hamburger Steak and it was thick and meaty. It was served with gravy (requested mine to be served on the side), some veggies, soup and a cup of rice for less than P200. Sulit.
Only thing I didn't like was the bottom part of my rice got burned coz it was on the sizzling plate. I just asked for a separate bowl so I can transfer it.
I'll try their steaks next time!

Quick early dinner before our maniped appointment.
Hubby wanted steak and this is the default steak fastfood for us. He grew up frequenting HoM along Libis C5 and this is very close to his heart.
Steak is not as tender since these are BatANGUS but for P240, this is definitely not bad, with soup and rice pa!

Value for money steak from one of the classics from their days in Shoppesville and now in Libis, my team and I went to House of Minis two nights ago before catching Four Sisters and a Wedding (yes, that's right!)
I ordered the porterhouse regular for P270, added P10 to make it java rice and P22 for the soft drink.
The steak is placed on a sizzling plate so whatever you asked them to cook, chances are it'll be one degree more cooked (e.g. Medium becomes Medium Well).
So my steak was a bit overcooked but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Java rice was disappointing. Loved their gravy! Service was also good. Food Choices is a well maintained place. I hadn't been here for dinner in over a decade.
Specific ratings:
Steak flavor / marinade 4.5/5
Softness of the steak 3/5
Java Rice 2/5
Gravy 4.5/5
Mushroom Soup 3.5/5
Efficient service 4/5
It'll always be the classic sizzling plate steak resto for me.

Having childhood memories of House of Minis' (Greenhills) steaks brought me to their stall at Food Choices, Glorietta 4. Was it nice? Well yeah steaks were good but not as great as the one in Greenhills. I always ask for Porterhouse, medium well (drooling), but for this particular spot they served me well done instead of my usual. Did i return the steak, i was too hungry not to do so (sucks!). Moneys worth? It wont hurt to visit the Greenhills branch all over again.
Verdict: Wont let this experience ruin my fond childhood steak memories
