i was craving for Korean dishes, so we decided to look for a place to try samgyeopsal at "affordable price".

As we enter, one of the staff approach us and told us that we can see the buffet first before we decide. When we saw it and found out that we can also enjoy grill unlimited brisket and samgyeopsal, i knew that we're in the right place

PRICE: 1108811088110881108811088
I can say that the price is very reasonable for what they can offer you. I've been to many Korean Resto. yet this is the cheapest resto (plus buffet) i ever experience so far.

FOOD: 11088110881108811088
They are offering a wide range of authentic Korean dishes. There was gimbap, japchae, bulgogi, fried dumplings, kimchi and other Koren food (plus lots of Korean side dishes).
You get your own lettuce / petchay / perilla leaves and other side dishes to make wraps for the meat
(Meat options: beef and pork belly)
You can also create your own bibimbap. 128521
(i've been to Korea and tasted lots of Korean dish. I can say that the dishes serve here is really great).

DRINKS: 110881108811088
They only serve free water. If you are looking for sodas, soju or anything, you have to buy it.

STAFF: 1108811088110881108811088
The staffs were very fast, nice, and accommodating. They quickly refill meats and give you what you asked for.

PLACE: (This is easy to find as it is just outside the Robinsons Place Manila. The entrance is just beside the famous Mak-Chang)
INTERIOR: 11088110881108811088
simple, nice and clean. It was very spacious, with lots of Korean eating and coming in. I guess this place is known mostly to Koreans.
AMBIENCE: 11088110881108811088
A quiet place. Not too many people around.
EXHAUST: 110881108811088
It was good enough to keep the smoke from sticking to my hair and clothes

WOULD YOU COME BACK?

Not as good as before anymore. Prices are higher now at 449php for Saturday dinner. They had no lettuce available and replaced it with mint leaves and pechay. 128533 Quality of food was just okay. Tried better (yet more expensive) Korean restos like Sariwon. Noticed that their Bibimbap was not as good also.

Tired floor was slippery. Just goes to show how oily and the meat were. I'd go for MakChang next time.

I liked that they followed my request of having less fatty pork/beef strips to be served.

This is our go-to buffet when we're craving for something Korean. The banchan are delicious and you can make your own bibimbap and noodles too! For P449 you can enjoy unlimited Samgyeopsal and Beef brisket. Grill all you can buffet for a cheaper price!

Affordable eat-all-you-can korean bbq style for just P399 with traditional sides and cooked korean dishes. The place is quite spacious and staff are very attentive and helpful. But taste and quality-wise, there's really nothing extra special.

Finally found this place in looloo! Haha Since my friends have become recent fans of kpop, they want korean food that's within our student budget. One of them suggested this place. There were so many people when we came considering there are also many korean restos nearby. Hwang soga is a buffet resto so i think this is a plus point.

They staffs are very attentive. They quickly refill the meat and give what you asked for. The food was also very good even though there were limited choices. My fave part was their bibimbap section where you can create your own bibimbap. The salad and other dishes were also good. The pineapple and papaya were very sweet that we consume them all. We even demanded to have it refilled but they don't have it anymore128514128514

Three others and I went here for dinner a few weeks ago. It was unplanned, so we arrived there around 8pm. The dinner buffet was until 10pm.

Unlimited beef and samgyeopsal 128513. They also had additional dishes set up buffet style, including the usual banchan. Wasn't too keen on some of the dishes they had, like the pumpkin soup and the turon-esque thing that I thought was lumpia 128532.

Other than that, I'd say we got our money's worth for 399 a head.

Korean buffet for only 399. I did not like their menu, all I see was potatoes. Mak Chang next door is better if you really want a tasty korean meal.

Had dinner here with my siblings for my brother's birthday. We usually go to Makchang for our Korean food cravings, but we wanted to try this place out. At dinnertime, they serve pork and beef for 399. The slices are quite small and thin, but you can order more so I guess it's okay. 128539

There was bibimbap, japchae, bulgogi, kimbap, kimchi, and other Korean food. You get your own lettuce, perilla leaves, garlic, and bean paste to make wraps for the meat. The bibimbap tasted good. I added bulgogi so there would be some meat in it. The kimbap and japchae were okay. I liked the kimchi though. Spicy~ I also tried their potato croquettes which didn't taste as good. Cold fried food... 128531

It wasn't the best, but I'd go back here for a quick Korean food fix.

Decided to try this restaurant since Makchang next door was full and we were really hungry. Hwangso-ga's rates are kinda odd, starting at Php349 for unlimited samgyeopsal for lunch. If you want that with unlimited beef (thinly sliced brisket) then you pay Php399. Dinner rate is Php499 for unlimited samgyeopsal and beef already, so might be a good idea to come at night instead. I'm not sure if they still offer the shabu-shabu, since they didn't give us a pot or anything. We were there around lunch time, so we got the unli samgyeopsal and beef. There's nothing much to say about the meats, just that they were unmarinated and you have to rely on the condiments you have to create your own sauce. You cook the meats in a 9x13 grill pan which is bigger than those in most places. This makes the meats cook really fast since it'll be hard to actually crowd them in the pan because of its size. The grill is also tilted a bit so the oils go down the side into a bin. Apart from the grill, there's also a small buffet selection of Korean dishes like dwaejibulgogi, japchae and kimchi - also a small station for making your own bibimbap which my sister loved. The restaurant also lets you get your own lettuce leaves, green onion salad, garlic and other side dishes from the buffet spread to complement the meats. I can't complain much about the service since our server was very attentive and kept refilling our pork and beef until we told him to stop. My complaint would be the lack of exhaust - I promise you will be smelling like meat afterwards. Also, for the price, I expected other meat varieties so maybe it won't hurt to have a selection of marinates just for variety. Overall, I'd recommend this place if you're really hungry and don't mind eating having only two choices of meat. Makchang is still my favorite though 128588

Another Korean BBQ buffet! Wonder why there's alot of it ??? This place is newly open (like 2 weeks ago), and their price is very reasonable. For lunch 348 net and dinner 498 net, so cheap right???

As I say newly-open kaya malinis pa ang lugar, everything are arrange accordingly. Aside from the BBQ buffet (pork and beef), they have alot of ready cook dishes such as tonkatsu(i know this is Japanese, but aren't they intertwine ??? Hahaha just kidding) beef stew, chicken lollipop, kimchi, bibimbap station, and many more and you can have shabu shabu after getting tired with the BBQ, but this is a simple one only like beef, pork, assorted balls, veegee and noodle only, no seafood.

Hope they wont increase their price after several months, for now this is swak na swak sa budget and good food also, maybe if you are really hungry, try this one..... 128515
