One of the most visited places in Spain is the island of Ibiza. It has become well known for its nightlife activities, thus attracting a large number of tourists from all over the world. The nightlife there was the inspiration behind Ibiza Beach Club in Cebu, owned by well-known entrepreneur, Manny O. It was considered the ultimate party destination in the Philippines, and it’s no surprise that they have recently branched out here in
Manila.

This second branch occupies a really massive space, with a 1,000 seater capacity. The interiors are adorned with elegant couches and fancy furniture. Aside from their al fresco area, you may also find a jacuzzi and a centerstage in it. This is where their in-house bands perform, and where they showcase themed musicals every week.

For those who wanted to have a fine dining experience like no other, there is also an area in Ibiza where you can have your intimate gatherings. Let it be known that they also be rented to hold private functions.

If you or your friends have plans of visiting this place, you might as well be prepared in shelving out money as their menu items come with a high price tag. Their set meals are priced at least Php 2,000 for each person. I, and my friends, spent at least Php 3,000 each for everything that we had in there. I must admit though that their food wasn’t at all extraordinary, but the shows were. So the evening was still well spent.

As for their executive lunches, you will get to spend Php 1,000 for a three-course menu, and Php 1,100 for a four-course one. This includes the basics from the early and late seating lunch specials, but made even better, with a choice of entree from the Balearic grill.

If you would like to just try out their buffet salad, Php 600 for your healthy fix. Sadly, this salad doesn’t have that much meat nor protein source in it. It was mostly made up of veggies. Nevertheless, worth exploring.

So for all Baby Boomers, Gen’Xers, and Millenials out there, include Ibiza Beach Club in your places to go to before the year ends or before they close. Don’t feel intimidated with its grandiose setting, be there for the thrill of it. I had fun, it’s worth a visit.

Revisited the party place in BGC, They have revised their menu, with more options now, instead of ordering their 15 course Balearic meal, they now offer an option to order a meat from the Balearic menu, this come with unlimited salad from the bar, side dishes include garlic fried rice, boiled corn and stir fried eggplant. We ordered the following:

1) Baby back rib, nicely grilled, soft, tender and juicy with slight smokey taste Php 850 128515
. .
2) Calamari, perfectly grilled, soft and juicy. Php 750 128515

This meal come a roasted queen pineapple, with yoghurt and chopped nuts.
This paired very well with Manny O Celebrus wine.

Ibiza showtime start at 9:30pm and last for 45 minutes.
Open daily from Tuesday to Sunday.

Ibiza Beach Club BGC is the 2nd restaurant of Movenpick Hotel which originated from Cebu. And one the largest restaurant in the country occupying the 6th floor of W Building.

This is not my first time in Ibiza Beach Club BGC, when it was open on their first week I was there to try the Lunch Promo, but now I was able to try almost or all the Lunch Meal Set.

The event was sponsored and paid by Ibiza Beach Club.

Their 3-course Lunch Special @Php 500 is somewhat a steal depending on who you're talking to. The Unlimited Salad Bar alone is enough to cover for it. This is not your typical Wendy's Salad Bar choices 128514. You won't even bother with the soup after you've gone through the Salad Bar. (sorry, I didn't get to take pics).

For the Main Dish (Plated) you can choose from: Pork Baby Back Ribs 128077, Chicken Drumstick, Lechon Kawali 128525, and Fish of the Day.

The Lechon Kawali was pretty standard and very sinful. Crunchy yet soft in the mouth. Good thing there's all that salad to counter the effects. I hope 128514

Did I mention UNLIMITED SALAD BAR? 9996128513

Seafood Paella (a la carte) was perfect, although 'medyo bitin' the serving or maybe I got used to it being served in a whole pot. 128513

And of course the drinks! They have pretty drinks here too and quite a selection of cocktails. I rarely go out clubbing nowadays so forgive me if I start on Lunch 127865128525

Overly priced place to hangout. Carafe of Coke was Php400 then Johnny Walker Black (750ml - Php4,800). The place was too big if it were a little smaller you wouldn't notice how only a few people were there.

The expert in lifestyle dining and entertainment originating from Cebu has finally branched out to Manila, bringing with them the promise of good times you should never miss out on.

Ibiza Beach Club, owned by the award-winning vintner and entrepreneur Manny O. first opened its doors in Movenpick Hotel in Mactan Island, Cebu. With the incomparable excitement and energy it brings, Ibiza Beach Club has been known all over the country and even internationally, as the ultimate destination for a total lifestyle dining experience, an experience now within the reach of Manileños.

The new branch has a 1,000-seater capacity, which is a pretty huge place complete with plush lounges, white furniture with matching teal and light green pillows, a centre stage, and a Jacuzzi! There's also a first class dining section for a more intimate gathering. The ambiance alone of the club was able to convince me that I'm having the time of my life. Little did I know that the day is far from over, as we indulge in the wide array of food Ibiza Beach Club has to offer.

The early and late seating lunch special is available from 11am-12:30pm or 1:30-2pm, with a price of P500 nett for a 3-course menu, and P600 for a 4-course menu. This menu includes a soup of the day, unlimited salad bar, the plated main course, and the signature dessert.
MAIN COURSE CHOICES:
Pork Baby Back Ribs
Chicken Drumstick
Crispy Pork Belly
Fish of the Day

Everything from this menu tasted delicious, but what stood out for me the most is the baby back ribs, probably because I wasn't able to taste the others xD. The tenderness and flavorful, smoky taste of the meat was great.

The executive lunch is available from Tuesday to Saturday from 11am to 2pm, priced at P1,000 for 3-course, and P1,100 for 4-course. The spread includes the basics from the early and late seating lunch, but on a higher level, with a choice of entree from the Balearic grill.
MAIN COURSE CHOICES:
Ribeye
Filet Mignon (US Angus)
Lamb Chops
Jumbo Prawn
Calamari
Canadian Beef Ribs

I wish I could recommend just one dish from this menu but it'll be suicide for me to do that since I loved all of those that I've tried, so I'll just briefly explain each one. The ribeye was so tender, and seasoned perfectly. The lamb chops was huge and has a delectably distinct taste. The jumbo prawn was, as written, jumbo, soft, and packed with flavors. The calamari had a really nice, smooth texture, contrary to the rubbery squid we normally have.

The items from the salad bar are incredibly delicious. There are no words to explain how amazed I am of Ibiza Beach Club's salad bar. I've never imagined salads to taste this amazing! For me, it's a clear indication that a restaurant wants to deliver to their promise of good food when even just the salad is flawless.

If you're up for an even more awesome dining experience, then try their signature 15-course Balearic grill for P2,500 per person. This menu includes the salar bar, 4 seafood dishes, 9 meat items and their signature queen pineapple dessert. This menu is guaranteed to impress you, and is worth every peso.

Worry not about your kids as you can bring them with you to to lunch at Ibiza Beach Club! Yes, the club also has a menu to cater to your children. We're talking about mini burgers, pizza, spaghetti, chicken, etc. Even adults would want a taste of this menu.

The night is still young for all Ibiza Beach Club goers, as the restaurant showcase world-class talents in themed show performances to bedazzle all its guests come dinner time.

Ibiza Beach Club has lived up to its name with establishing a place like Eivissa, where the pleasures of dining and entertainment meet so effortlessly. You only live once (YOLO), so make sure you make it a point in your life to visit this club, unwind and have fun. Thank me later ;)

An eat-up invite in Ibiza garnered an immediate vacation leave for me. I've been wanting to try out this place ever since I've heard about their super worth it lunch special. So I was really excited when our group was invited to this place.

Ibiza Beach Club started to made its name in Cebu. gave me a perception initially that it was something similar to Palace Pool Club and of a Party Party kind of place. To my surprise it was more casual here and more of dine chill hangout kind of place. I love the beach vibe of this place in the middle of the busy business area. Love the shade of color of blue and white that really give the place that chill kind of vibe. Honestly I was expecting something you can have a swim in this place but there was no swimming pool haha. But they do have a Jacuzzi if your really wanna have a dip in the water.

We were oriented first of their Early and Late Seating Lunch Special. For only 500PHP you get to have a unli salad buffet, Soup of the day, Main Dish and a dessert.
127865Salad Buffet - this is not your typical Wendy's kind of Salad bar. This salad buffet is top notch! Aside from the usual green salad they have Ostrich Meat Zucchini Salad and Beef Broccoli Salad to name a few. With just those two prepared salad it was already worth 300PHP worth in other resto and on top of that it was really good! I love the Ostrich Zucchini! Another interesting included in the salad bar was the Pao De Queijo, a Brazilian cheese bread. For sure you will be addicted to this just like me!

127865Main Dish - a choice between Pork Baby Back Ribs, Chicken Drumstick, Crispy Pork Belly and Fish of the day. For me the best pick would be the Baby Back Ribs. Served two big portions of ribs really made it more of a steal. Love the sweet BBQ glazed flavor of the ribs and the meat was tender good! The 2nd fave of mine was the Parrot Fish. First time to try out this kind of fish and it was very flavorful. Love the simple dry marinate that they use to bring out the flavor of the fish. Next was the Pork Belly or Lechon Kawali. It was good and flavorful because of the peppercorn and celey stocked they used for cooking the meat. I love it but not too much of my bet with the 1st two other option. Lastly Chicken BBQ Drumstick. I just find the three drumstick a bit small and a bit overpowered by the other choices. Taste wise again it was really good.

127865Dessert - Queen Pinya. Wow I love this. The signature dessert of Ibiza. Lovely slice of pineapple and taste perfectly to end the Lunch Special.

Executive Lunch Special, Now this one is for 1000PHP. Same complete set but with a more prime Main Entree.

127865Executive Main Entree - A choice between Rib Eye, Filet Mignon, Lamb Chops, Salmon Steak, Jumbo Prawn, Calamari and Canadian Beef Ribs. Know that are really prime choices and too hard to choose. For me what stood out was the Lamb Chops, Filet Mignon, Rib Eye and Calamari. The meat options were all cooked and seasoned perfectly. Love the juicy meat and prime quality of their meat. The Calamari gave this soft chewy delicious texture that I really love in my squid and the dry simple herb and salt marinate bring out the delicious seafood flavor of it. Same with the Jumbo Prawn also got that delicious flavor thanks to their perfect seasoning. You can't go wrong whichever you pick with this list.

Lunch special is available from Tues-Sat 1100H-1400H

Overall this is the kind of place when you want to splurge a little but want it to be worth it kind of lunch out. Lucky for the BGC peeps they've got something like this just around their office.

I’ve been hearing a lot of raves about Ibiza Beach Club from my officemates as they have tried this place multiple times already. So when EJ B asked me and my fellow foodies for a Kaladkarin eat up here, I just had to say yes.

Ibiza Beach Club is located at the 6th Floor of W City Centre. The location is actually good as it’s found in one of the busiest areas in BGC. As I entered the place, sophistication welcomed me. I actually like the ambiance – complex but chill. I love the white and blue combination as every corner is just pleasing to the eyes.

We were served a lot during this visit and everything was so good. To be more specific, we were served two sets of their Lunch Specials. They have Executive Lunch Set (1000php) and Early and Late Seating Lunch Special (500php). Each set comes with their Soup of the Day and unlimited access to the Salad Bar. To be honest, their salad bar is so extensive that I don’t mind spending an hour munching on those veggies. Uhhm yeah, that’s an exaggeration. But hey, they have olives, capers, bacon bits, chicken strips and a lot of cheeeeese. I’m solved. Anyway, the only difference about these sets are the plated main course.

Executive Lunch Set (soup of the day + salad + 1 plated main course + dessert)
Choices:
** Ribeye
** Filet Mignon
** Lamb Chops
** Salmon Steak
** Jumbo Prawn
** Calamari
** Canadian Beef Ribs

Among these, I truly loved the Lamb Chops. It’s super fresh. It has no weird aftertaste. It was seasoned well that I appreciate it too much. I also liked the Ribeye steak. Of course, it’s a missteak if I didn’t do. (Uhhm okay, kidding). The Salmon steak was also gooooood. And actually the calamari. The calamari was so soft and cooked perfectly.

Early and Late Seating Lunch Special (soup of the day + salad + 1 plated main course + dessert)
Choices:
**Pork Baby Back Ribs
** Chicken Drumstick
** Crispy Pork Belly
** Fish of the Day

If you will be getting this set, I say get the baby back ribs. It was huge! I also liked the tenderness of the meat but I hope I get to have more meat next time. The crispy pork belly was ordinary tho. I didn’t get the chance to taste the chicken and the fish so I cannot say something about those dishes.

If you’ll ask me if the lunch here is good and sulit, it is a yes. Though 500php (or 1000php for the Executive Set) would be too much for a daily lunch expense, you’ll get top notch food and service. Soup of the Day in other restaurants costs around 150-200php already. Then you have unlimited salad. Then main course. Then dessert. Yeah, right? It’s kind of sulit and good deal, but not every day.

The service was good too. The servers were attentive and helpful. Thank you Ibiza Beach Club!

P.S. The dessert!!!! It’s called Queen Pinya. It has cinnamon sugar, honey, fresh yogurt, and crushed nuts. So good!!! I’m actually a fan of grilled pineapple so I really liked this so much. Don’t forget this when you have your lunch here. Thank me later! 128521

Met Mr Manny O, got complimentary Movenpick ice creams, 4 flavors chocolate , coffee, maple, pistacio... according to Manny O, the ice crean is flown from Laussana Switzerland, the best among the 3 areas of Movenpick ice cream manufacturing. Singapore made is sweet for Asian taste. The Egyptian made is creamier for middle east consumption. Also got a glass of Amaro, after dinner drink.

Thanjs for the ice cream and drink.

Ibiza Beach Club opened it's new branch in BGC. Yes, you heard it right the famous Ibiza Beach Club of Movenpick Hotel in Mactan Cebu recently opened in 6th Floor W City Centre, 7th Avenue cor 30th Street.

I was greeted by the staff when I arrived and asked me if I have reservation and provided me a table with good lighting.

Wow! The place is huge, bright and white. Ibiza Beach Club occupied the whole 6th floor of the building. The combination of white and vibrant colors look stunning and elegant. They also have big stage for a nightly show to entertain the visitors/guests. The place have a good view of BGC's skyscrapers. If someone wants to soak himself/herself in the water, they have jacuzzi with amazing view of BGC buildings.

I had the Late Seating Lunch Special you can either choose 3-Course for Php500.00 nett or 4-Course for Php600.00. It comes with Soup, Salad Bar (unlimited salad), Plated Main Course (Choice of Pork Baby Back Ribs, Chicken Drumstick, Crispy Pork Belly or Parrot Fish) and Dessert.

Towards the left side of the main dining area is the sunken garden, perfect for small groups seated in a circular pattern. This has its own sounds and dj.
