For the nth leg of my bingsu adventure, I tried Ice Flower Snow Falling Korean Dessert Cafe (whew).

One of their bestsellers is the mango cheese bingsu. It has milk ice, mangoes, cheese cubes, cheesecake bits, some almonds and syrup. I found the cheese in the bingsu weird at first but later on decided that I liked it. But I must say that I truly enjoy just the plain mango ones.

This place is unique because as its name suggests, there is snow falling indoors. They have a small glass room which has snow falling from the ceiling. I peeked inside to see if it was cold (it was). It was a bit slippery also. The cafe is spacious and has quirky furniture like colorful butterfly-shaped rattan chairs.

Tried the Mango Cheesecake Bingsu and shared it with my friends. Since I am not really a fan of Bingsu (or desserts in general), this was just okay. A little too sweet and hmmm, nothing special. 128530 My friends found this "just okay", as well. And we didn't finished the small bowl. Sorry bingsu lovers.... 128546128529128517

But we enjoyed playing in the "snow room" and the place is really colorful and fun. 128518

‘Twas my second time to eat at Ice Flower. For the second time, I was not able to try their snow room. But no worries, since that was not my priority. Although, I can imagine kids loving that area.

I wanted to be adventurous with my order but pulled back from that plan last minute when I was reminded of the cost of a single order. So instead of going for a non-fruit selection, I got the mixed berry yogurt bingsu. I was expecting strawberries and blueberries to be the primary pieces to this particular order. I was half right. It had a lot of blueberries and other lesser known berries. Unlike the other bingsu options, the shaved ice on this had a different taste, probably because of the yogurt component. This bingsu also had a sprinkle of “sour sugar” which closely resembles the one used on sour patches. The “sour sugar”, although very tasty, prompted me to ask for water to clear my throat.

That’s it for now. Take care everyone!

Summer time calls for something refreshing. Best korean dessert!! Bingsu is 10084127847 We ordered mango cheesecake and blueberry cheesecake bingsu. Super fine ice, right amount of sweetness and playful textures. They also have a small glass room where kiddos and adults can play with the artificial snow. 12851410052128139

Looking for a good place to relax. This summer was hot and afternoons are worse. Luckily, Ice Flower is just around the corner (I'm pertaining to Molito, hehe) 128540

Just recently, Doodoo's requests for ice cream and bingsu had been piling up. So after a successful recital, our darling's reward was just that -- bingsu 128513

Milk-flavored shaved ice business is now becoming a serious thing. Lots of stores are popping and some say they have the best or the original.

Well this place is (in my humble opinion) original. Having a small corner for falling ice shavings is not something you see everyday. Kids and young-once all fall for this mini display.

As for the real concoctions, well... That's another matter. Green tea, mango, cheese or almonds, i think its based on one's preference. The quality of premiere ice shavings is okay. Not the best but okay. The serving size? Enough for a person when you order singles. Some have much bigger portions and more toppings. Hey, I can't complain. 128522 Not a real meister on this type of food.

They also have those bread thingies. And injeol...something. 128541

For the price you pay, food is okay. But more of it is going to the ambience by my theory (I mean, c'mon, how much to shave ice and let it flow freely the whole day? Charge it to the cost of your merchandise? 🤔128556) That's just me talking. I could be wrong.

Ice Flower has been lurking in the social media scene for quite some time now and we had the chance to visit on a Sunday. The night before, hubby and I went here and saw their room that had falling ice and we thought that it’ll be a great idea to bring the kids.
Just like the other Bingsu places, the place was huge with lots of tables and chairs. This place had an unfinished design with walls full of posters of their products. Their “Ice Falling” or Snow room was the highlight. Kids enjoy playing here. They’ve got huge ice crashers in the ceiling that were responsible for the “snow.” Kinda slippery so you better make sure that you’ll accompany your children while they’re playing.

Onto their Bingsu, I think they have the most expensive Bingsu prices in the Metro. We tried the following –

Mango, Mango and Cheese, Blueberry and Cheese and Matcha! YES! Matcha friends, they have MATCHA BINGSU!

Shaved ice was fine and they also serve an extra glass of milk just in case you want more. One thing I noticed though – for the Mango, Mango and Cheese and Blueberry and Cheese, the toppings were minimal. Even the cheese cubes were minimal. Kinda unfair for the price. I guess they factored in the snow room in their pricing. Nothing special with their Bingsu though.

The Matcha Bingsu ahd a good heaping of adzuki beans on top with about 2 pieces of small Injeolmi cubes. It’s covered in Matcha powder but I would say that they could have made it into a Matcha Ice then covered the entire thing with more powder since the price was steep. Didn’t really got a good matcha kick.

We've also tried their Injeolmi Toast and we loved it! Two pieces of toasted bread with a thin layer of Injeolmi in between, covered with roasted soy bean powder, topped with almond slivers and drizzled with sweet milk. There's something with Injeolmi that keeps me wanting for more!

Overall, I would say that it was an okay experience. if not for the Snow room, I will not consider going back here.

After our amazing ramen experience just a few stores away we went to this bingsu place at the far end of molito complex, when you come in from puregold area its easy to miss this place.

I noticed that they had a few square meters for kids who want to play with snow, yes literallly snow for this winter feel on a tropical country. 128522

The place looks very colorful with crayon like colored chairs and wall full of bingsu pictures, you might as well choose from the wall rather than on their menu since its much updated.

We order for a green tea bingsu, it comes with a red bean on top with few injeolme and green tea powder at the very smooth ice. They will give you condense milk but i suggest forego putting it on your bingsu since its already sweet enough. Their bingsu might lack ingredients as compare to other bingsu place. Its what i noticed from the orders of others and this is in terms of heap of ingredients. Taste of our bingsu was just okay. 128522

Green tea matcha latte was almost the same taste as their bingsu. Haha. It was also just an ok matcha experience.

Me and my friend were able to talk decently here and ive greatly enjoyed her company and our foodtrip hence 4 stars.

I've been craving for bingsu for the longest time and finally satisfied that craving today. After devouring a burger for lunch, I dragged my mom and sister to Ice Flower for dessert.

We were kinda full from lunch so we just ordered a regular size to share. I suggested red bean but they wanted injeolmi. 128542 2 against 1, they win.

The serving seemed smaller than Seolhwa's. I wish they were more generous with the almonds and rice cakes. It was yummy nonetheless, but I still prefer Seolhwa's bingsu. 128522

They have a small enclosed corner with snow falling and you can go in to have your photo taken. 128514

Yummy chocolate and green tea bingsu. Aside from their good dessert, they also have a play area with falling snow where kids and young at heart would enjoy. Will go back to try theit mango bingsu.

Now THIS is bingsu! To make up for the taste-less bingsu we had at lucky Chinatown mall, headed to bingsu after dinner for some legit bingsu.
Less one star cos there were a lot of unavailable items (cheese, mango, strawberry) so we got the chocolate that night. No regrets though! Still cool and refreshing but with a
Lovely chocolate taste 128522

It's bingsu-long you are a friend of mine 127932

Beat the heat with their bingsu. I have tried the blueberry and mango and it is perfect for this weather. The interiors have cute colorful chairs and tables. They even have a snow machine inside :)

Ordered Chocolate Bing Su and it looks and tastes soooooo goood! No regrets, for a P220 worth of dessert 128077🏻128077🏻128077🏻128077🏻128077🏻

Shaved ice (that immediately melts in your mouth) plus the chocolate powder and the brownies on top. Their condensed milk kinda have water mixed on it so it's not thick and not too sweet.

After eating a single serve of this, I had chills. Hahaha.

Ice Flower Snow Falling Dessert Cafe has a lovely vibe. Place is furnished with colorful chairs127752 But what's really unique about this dessert cafe is that it has a mini snow playground equipped with snow machine where snow is falling all the time!🌨 The mini snow playground is indeed a treat for both kids & kids-at-heart12852210052

My sister & I just shared a single order of Chocolate Bingsu (P220) since we were still full from our dinner at Burger Geek. It was good. Ice Flower serves their bingsu with a small cup of condensed milk in case you want to add sweetness to your binsgu. The condensed milk though was less sweeter than usual, but that's okay since I find the bingsu's sweetness level to be just right. The ice in the bingsu was super fine (amazes me every time) & it didn't melt fast.

We'll try their other bingsu flavors & injeolmi toasts next time.

I always feel that bingsu is a great way to end a meal, it's light and refreshing yet sweet enough to satisfy your sugar craving 128522
So after a yummy lunch at burger geek, headed over to ice flower for some bingsu. There were 7 of us and we shared 4 bowls - 2 mango cheese, one berry cheese and one chocolate. Btw, there was a real Korean guy behind the counter, how authentic 128540
It was my dad's first time to try bingsu and the diabetic lolo liked it! He got the chocolate which i tried too and it was pretty good! Not too sweet, it actually tastes like chocolait 128513
Mango cheese was great as well with a lot of whole almonds in it. Our berry cheese was a bit too tart for the hubbybear but we still finished it all.
Great way to cool down this summer!

Went back and tried their matcha bingsu, which i think was a newer addition to the menu. Torn between giving it 3 or 4 stars. 3 stars since i've had better, but also 4 since it still was good and there aren't that many better options around. What would make this a solid 4 star for me though is if the matcha was somehow infused into the ice (like the other place), and not just on the surface. Yes, when you dig in... white ice haha. But its alright, still delicious once you mix everything in 128522
