Around two years ago, I boldly stated to friends that Bingsu would be the next dessert. It could’ve been but it wasn’t as popular as expected. Too bad not many local entrepreneurs copied this Korean ice dessert concept.

Ice Flower has four branches and they are a late player. Their ice is snow like, very fine and smooth, just as expected. We got the Oreo and Cheese variation for Php 360, I found it way expensive for it lacked toppings (only 6 pieces of cheese cubes) and it wasn’t as creamy. This brand however offers a wide range of classic and novel combinations.

The ambiance however in this branch in MOA is amazing. On top of colorful and comfortable chairs is a portion that snows. They dedicated a part for you to play with their replica of snow. Note that you can’t throw snowballs arounds. I kinda did, it was just too tempting.

Dati akala ko search for the best Fish n Chips ang mission ko, pero ang totoo pala ay search for the best Bingsu LOL

After a stressful day at SMX, we decided to try this new bingsu place at SM Mall of Asia. I saw this place in SM North The Block but who ever thought I'd be able to try it up South hahaha the

We had 1 small Choco Cheese Oreo Bingsu and I also had an Iced Caramel Macchiato. The macchiato was hella huge di ako prepared but I downed it together with the Bingsu. The Choco Cheese bingsu had this weird milo-ish topping. My friend loved the cheese but I wasn't a fan of it. It tasted not creamy but only salty. Hahaha but twas okay. Price was ok too since the serving was huge for a small one and it had ice cream with it.

Might try the Injeolmi next time kasi nakakatakam sya sa display ☹️

Three stars mainly because the place was pretty and really colorful... and had a "snow" room @-) I don't find the snow room safe considering that all those wet soles are bound to cause slippery floors. They really need to put more mats or anything that would help dry up the shoes of those who enter.

Really huge branch that I feel they could've maximized a lot more since there was a lot of vacant space.

Had the Injeolme Bingsu which was meh. Too much almond powder and had too little rice cakes, which were really tiny. I think there were only two 128529

Place is very attractive and colorful. There is a snow room wc you can access to play around. Bingsoo price ranges between 280 to 350 for a small and a large would cost around 400 to 500. Tho both are good for sharing. The taste was ok although i had a much better for a more reasonable price. Prices are a little bit steep imo. Though the snow room makes it all worth it.
