Pleasantly surprised with this classy little cafe' on the 2nd floor of NAIA Terminal 3. Aside from the usual coffee shop offers they have a modest selection of wines, cheeses and deli meats. Even better is that they serve up a mean Angus Beef Tapa. While a little bit on the pricey side (P325/order), I am not one to complain given the serving size and quality of the tapa; soft and tender. As it should be, coffee was freshly made and the complete assortment of sugar (white, brown, sweetener) and cream (or milk) was available. Service was friendly and quick. The place was a wee bit dim for my taste but I guess for early flight-goers that's a plus. They have a separate smoking room which was "sealed" well enough so that none of the smoke escaped into the regular dining area.
So if you're looking for a reason to go to the airport early or a place to hang around while waiting for your flight, this, I would say is better than most.
