I gave ihop a 2nd chance and went to their Century City Mall branch when I spent my Staycation at St Giles to use the GCs that I won from |oo|oo Twitter Contest. Went here for lunch with the boyfie and to be honest this branch is way BETTER than MOA. It's cleaner and the ventillation is better, the service is also good but the serving time is still quite slow.
Anyway tried the ff below:
Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad
Gtrilled chicken breast served on romainr lettucr with parmesan cheese and croutons tossed in ceasar dressing served with garlic bread.
✔Really like this one. The veggies were fresh and the serving is filling. Nakakabusog siya pero ang tagal iserve which got me thinking... Salad lang to ah? Bat ang tagal haha. 🤔
Cheeseburger
100% beef burger topped with american cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion on a grilled bun
The beef was so tender. Love it yun lang nothing extravagant. Sarap din nung fries!!!

Going to IHOP was my initial plan to visit, not McDonald's (please read previous review). This was my first time visiting Century City, so again....I was lost. I asked three different workers from different establishments, but the detections given was is like the saying "the blind leading the blind."
Luckily the fourth person, a security guard, kindly walked me to IHOP. Since you can't enter the mall until 10AM, you have to enter an unnoticeable hall and enter through the side door. But as I entered, I was joyously greeted by a worker and gave me the best customer service I've received since being here in the Philippines.
Because of the special gift from looloo, ₱500 worth of gift certificates, I made sure I went all-out on my breakfast. I ordered a cucumber ginger juice (₱160) and a breakfast sampler (₱350): 2 eggs, 2 crispy strips of bacon, 2 breakfast sausage links, hash browns, with 2 buttermilk pancakes.
I missed having a large American Breakfast! Last time I had something like that was...well...back home.
Though everything was good, I believe the best parts of the meal was the sausage links, and the cucumber ginger juice. You can taste the main ingredients used in the links, which was oregano and fennel seeds. Too bad they only gave me two.
When it came to the juice, this one has to be an acquired taste. Fresh cucumber and ginger makes for a wonder blend. It has faintly sweet taste from the cucumber, but also has a strong kick from the ginger. If you're not a fan of fresh ginger, this drink is not for you. By the way, there's no sugar added!
As a whole, IHOP brought back a bit of nostalgia. Though I did not get the worker's name, I'd like to give her a round of applause. She made my time spent there well worth it! And thank you again, looloo for the generous gift!
Happy Eating!!!

It was supposed to be a great dinner for us, though it was already late and almost past their closing time but we were able to make it in time for their last order.
We order waffle, blueberry and strawberry pancakes with bacon and egg. It was abit overprice for a regular breakfast meal at almost P380 each. But that part was okay thanks to a looloo angel.
My inner gordon ramsey complies me to write a brutal honest review for this one, considering the dull pancakes as compare to what i had before at their bgc branch im willing to give this a 3 stars but theres this particular server that keep taking out trash bags from their kitchen and way past behind our table, appetizing right??? and what really ticks me off was when he starts to brooming the floor next to where we are seated and i felt the broom past my feet and its air swoosh right up to my elbow and thats it, its just no way to tell your customer to go out. i told him to stop but he keeps on doing it, parang walang naririnig and its either i threw the remaining pancakes at him *sayang
or report it to their manager, in which i chose the latter.
In fairness the manager was talking to him when we left, but him smiling and smirking to the lady manager makes me think slappy pancake ala gordon ramsey to the head was probably a good idea.

We ate here last Feb 12, the last day of their 25pesos per stack of the Buttermilk Pancake.
We also ordered the Appetizer Sampler for 400plus i think. Additional order for me is 2 stacks of Buttermilk Pancakes. Overall i paid 300 plus. And my tummy was happy all the way! 🏻
I brought my friends of course in order for us to take the advantage of the sale. It was sooo sulit and busog!
Hopefully they can have this soon. 🏻

Tropical Island Twist oh so refreshing! Lemonade, lemon-lime soda and tropical mango syrup.

Thea was craving for pancake so we had breakfast after a Sunday sponsored mass. I don't usually care about how much I would pay as long as it's for food but this mahal-na-nga-mabagal-pa-service resto drove me wild. Not worth every penny. Would never come back, I swear.

We had always been curious as to why Ihop had attracted people. The long lines at the first Ihop suggested that something must be good.
Our visit to Ihop New Century Mall was a big disappointment. It will be better to stick with our very own Pancake House which never fails to disappoint.

Global Restaurant Concept, Inc., I got to hand it to you. You are consistent in providing bad tasting food. I've dined at Ihop (moa and century mall) and both have the same overpriced, underwhelming food.
How can you go wrong with bacon and ham (breakfast sampler)? You serve bacon that is not crispy but soggy and 70 percent all fat. You also serve ham that is dry and taste like those sold in supermarkets nationwide. Great job. You ask 395 pesos for a meal that my neighborhood supermarket can provide at a very lower price.
The crispy chicken salad is dressed with clearly store-bought caesar dressing. I commend you, though, for using fresh vegetables. Hindi naman masyado garapal. Konti lang. 395 pesos worth.
Now the pancakes! These are supposed to be your cream of the crop. Naah!!! Hands down pancake house is a world over better! Why are your pancakes bland save for the banana you place inside and the cheese (strawberry banana, cheesecake pancakes) Php 75 add-on for every meal you order.

The IHOP breakfast sampler had all this meat (bacon, sausage and ham) plus hash brown and eggs and 2 pieces of classic pancakes. I didn't like their pancakes not that smooth and fluffy, had better pancakes before. The eggs seemed cooked 6 hours ago.I wish Denny's from the U.S. too would come here maybe they could be better.

The worst ever pancake I had in my entire life!
What was that?!
The fried chicken dinner was the only saving grace for Ihop, so far..

Service was so bad and slow. Food was not up to par. I agree with everyone that says pancake house is better. For pancakes, tapa and service. This was our first time at ihop. Never coming back!

As usual, I had Ihop's Chicken and Waffle set with their unlimited Vanilla Iced Coffee. I love how its taste and serving is worth every peso. For just less than 500PHP, I was super full for the rest of the day. <3

We were supposed to eat at Early Bird Breakfast Club but when I saw IHOP's picture of Fish and Chips I insisted we eat here. Sooo. Hmm. I like the fries and garlic bread included but the fish not that much. The breading was too thick and a bit hard to chew. The fish itself was too lemon-y and the sauce tasted like plain mayo. The serving seemed big at first but it was just more breading than fish.
We also ordered fried chicken and pancakes. The chicken was slightly overcooked and a bit bland. I liked the super crispy skin when it was drenched with gravy. The garlic rice included tasted like plain rice. The pancakes were falling apart and some parts were still uncooked but it was okay naman pweds na though mas masarap pa daw luto ko sabi ni boyfie. Haha.
Overall, we were not satisfied. I didn't feel I got my "money back" with the food. It was a bit overpriced because of the quality. This is my third time to be disappointed at IHOP so I guess I won't be back anytime soon or maybe ever.

For the love of french toasts and pancakes. their pancakes were fine and their french toast was good too. But their hashbrowns were too greasy
. What i love about ihop is their free flow syrup with different flavors (maple, blueberry, strawberry, etc) placed on your table.
