I haven’t been a fan of ramen since having so much of it during its uncanny popularity around 3 years ago. We also use to operate one called Nomama and sold it later on to another restaurant owner. So every time I see this spot, even if I have been in this area often, I skipped it. Yesterday, I gave it a chance.

Am glad they have a set menu featuring a smaller portion of your choice ramen (around half serving) with pan fried gyoza, salad and cold tea. The whole thing was only Php 328.90 with tax. I suggest having it for merienda like I did. They’re regular ramen sizes retails Php 400 up.

I got the Spicy Tonbanjan Tonkotsu. Sipping its spiced soup made me remember why I used to love ramen. Its soothing taste and aroma brought back memories. I specifically loved the pork. It was tender and extremely flavor filled.

On the sides, the Pork Gyoza deserved thumbs up for its uncanny taste. I gulped down the three pieces all at once. The salad though was not a salad, it was fried whatever. You can skip that.

My sister bought a Metrodeal voucher for Ikkoryu Ramen so we decided to head to Estancia to try their Ramen.

I'm not a big fan of Ramen but this one is definitely worth a try. My sister and I really enjoyed the Ramen that we ordered. We also had gyoza which was also pretty nice. We ended our meal with salted caramel and matcha ice cream. The salted caramel was too much for our taste. But we both enjoyed the matcha ice cream

Plus points for this experience was the good ambiance of the restaurant. Good thing about dining in Estancia is that restaurants are also not crowded.

I’ve been craving ramen for weeks now so when I had to meet up a friend in Estancia, I requested that we go for Ikkoryu. I got Ikkoryu Original Tonkotsu which was yummy. After tasting the “best ramen ever”, their ramen feels different and typical but in a good way.

I also liked how quiet this branch is especially on a weekday. If you want a quiet ramen time, I recommend visiting the Estancia branch of Ikkoryu.

First time to try a 'ramen' place and was extremely disappointed. Their menus were already withering and due for replacement.

Not much choice. Supposedly 'bestseller' didn't feel nor tasted like one. Gyoza was unevenly cooked and fried chicken was nothing special.

Not sure what they can improve on with their current menu. Maybe updating it would help.

First time to try out this place. Chashu ramen was good and the Guia wasn't bad either. A meal here costs 300 plus for ramen

Prompt serving of drinks. It's weird that they're reasonably fast when serving food but when you order for drinks, it will take you up to 5 follow-ups before they serve it to you. It happened to me twice already. What a shame!

It's a good ramen place, but there are a lot of better ramen restos out there. Tried their Ajitama Tonkotsu(380 pesos) because that was their recommendation. Not as flavorful as Ippudo's version or Hanamaruken's Happiness bowl. The noodles - I'd suggest to have it hard as the normal seems soggy.

Still a good eat!

Ordered the Yuzu-Tama Tonkotsu Ramen while my girlfriend ordered the Ajitama Tonkotsu Ramen. The broth for both ramen was good but sadly the meat was too salty. Won't be going back here.

Loved the authentic ramen experience. Their soup was a bit different and more savory. Serving ebi with its head was a bit... minus point for me though.

Staff was not energetic, order of serving the food from appetizer to main dish not in order. Then for the food we are satisfied and at par with other similar restaurants.

The ramen was good but the enthusiasm of the staff was not at par with Ramen Nagi. They tasted the same, actually, and this one was about 50 pesos cheaper but RN wins on "energy" if there is such a thing in restaurants.

I hate Ikkoryu so much that when my friends suggest we eat there, I come up with a counter offer just to avoid that place. This is because I had such a terrible experience in their SM Aura branch. The noodles were badly cooked and the black garlic soup was too overwhelming and confusing. I also had a terrible experience in their ATC branch. That green soup ramen was not something I would like to experience again. It must be noted that both stores have not so dining areas.

But now, I fell in love with this place just after one bowl. People, you should try their Aburi Chashu ramen. It's their tonkotsu broth soup paired with roasted chashu. It's not just sliced pork that is dumped into your bowl. They roast the chashu which gives it better flavor and texture. For me, this made all the difference. I am now a fan.

I loved it. The service was also excellent. The staff was so fast that I was in and out of that place in 20 minutes. Sometimes I have to admit that I am too loyal to Yushoken. But now, Ikkoryu is in a good position to have a bigger share of my ramen expenses.
