TGIF! Here again for the nth time! Sadly, their ice room was closed because the ice melted last holy week.

First of its kind in Manila, it was literally a cool experience. Perfect for taking pictures and the people were very nice and accommodating. They serve drinks in ice shot glasses too! It was fun.

Ended up here after a few drinks at keg.
Around php 180 for Stella Artois and php 220 plus for cocktails.
Good music on the Saturday we went, mixes of old school hip hop etc.
The main room is the typical bar/club but there's an ice room at the back.
We were taking photos around the ice bar, but when we were taking photos near the bar itself, they told us it was compulsory for us to order shots. So that's what we ended up doing lol.
Anyways, it was a fun night. Club got a little packed around 2am.
Pro - there's no guestlist 128522

Love this place! No entrance fee and really nice music every Friday. Since my friend is one of the owners, i get free drinks. Haha!
The bar name speaks for itself. They have an ice bar / ice room inside the bar. All are made of ice.. The bar table, shot glass... Btw, if you guys want to book a table just inform me so I can tell my friend to reserve one for you. Free shots in the ice room for every booked table. 128522

Truly awesome experience clubbing at the coolest (negative zero degree) Russian inspired bar in the Metro. Great place for good time! I love the place! 128077128525128139127881127882

My boss decided to give our supplier from Spain a mini bar hopping experience at The Fort Strip during his last night. Our first stop: Imperial Ice Bar.

It was a bit of a bum because we were the only customers. But I liked the interior and ambience. The music was also good but none of these things matter if the place was dead. Haha. We just drank a couple (a ton) of shots and went inside the ice room to take pictures then we went on to our next destination. 127939128168

NYE Countdown spent here at Imperial. Just in the regular room. Not the Ice Room.

Funny thing is that they started the countdown at 11:55. Haha. And no my watch wasn't late. Haha. Arte ko noh?

What made me enjoy the time spent here last night was watching the group of Indians partying like there's no tomorrow! Those guys know how to party! Haha. 128115

There's really not much to describe as I have already described this club in detail previously.

However, I will not stop myself from giving props again to the club that gives so much fun to all its customers and a huge factor of it is their service.

Hindi matatawaran the warmth of the staff, how they make you feel welcome everytime, I guess it helps when you're a regular like us but even so, I've seen them have the same treatment to newbies. 128077

We almost always stay at the bar, standing. As most of the action happens there and of course, it takes less time to order. 128513

For sure fun, overflowing booze, good music, nice people and decent food, this is the place. And no, I wasn't paid to promote. 128514

We weren't really planning to go around after our dinner but we made a detour to Imperial since Draft was extremely full!

Had no idea that you could enter the Ice Bar for free! I thought we had to shell out some serious $$$! Buti na lang! 128517

The lady at the entrance was kind enough to let us in even with just our school ID (DLSU is the only school I know that doesn't have our birthday, etc. printed at the back 128563) just for tonight.

It was sooo coold! -5 degrees daw but we had so much fun taking pictures LOOOL good thing we were the only ones there. People started coming when we were about to leave.

The bouncers (?!) that assisted us were pretty cool and nice too! 128526

Dancing.128131

I'd rather dance than sing. But on both times, I'd only do it if people are not looking at me or if there are no people at all128513

That's why clubbing is perfect. Everybody dances, everybody drinks, everybody's having fun (why would you even go inside a club if you're only gonna drink anyway?) without making so much fuss on how you dance and what-not.

I've been a club frequenter since my early 20's (ha! That's so you'll still guess how old I am128513). Years back, I used to go clubbing 2-3 times a week and that doesn't include the drinking sessions ONLY. So yeah, maaga akong nagsawa. Now, I only go to clubs when I feel like dancing or if there are occasions--- like this recent one.

I wanted my girl to have a good time on her birthday and our anniversary, and we already had a bar reserved but at the last minute, the bar called to tell us that they're closed on that said date so we (I mostly) frantically looked for a new one. 128551

Thank God for Imperial Ice Bar!

We really didn't expect it to be open on that date since most of the clubs around it are closed but when we got there a day before the occasion, it was open and since I'm a semi-regular at the club and my girl wasn't, I asked her to check the place out if she'll like it while I talked to the staff for reservation. She did. We took the VIP room since it's the only thing that can fit all of us. We wanted the table next to the VIP initially since it's nearer the DJ's booth but they said it's under a promoter and they can't confirm it to us. I didn't wanna take the risk because it was late and we still haven't gotten any venue for the next day's event so we took the VIP.

Everyone was pretty friendly and welcoming and on the day itself, our guests were guided accordingly. Some of us also went inside the Ice bar which was below 5 degrees cold so i couldn't stay long and I didn't order a shot anymore because the shots inside are expensive. And I already had it and didn't like it. I guess it's the experience that you're paying for.

We had our own waitstaff taking care of our needs and even if we still haven't asked for it, like refilling our drink, refilling the ice bucket, etc, Nina, the waitstaff took care of us. Don't get me wrong, it's not because we were in the VIP section, they really have good service whether we're just in the bar or the table. Everybody's friendly. 128077128077 And the bouncers do their job right without being so brusko. 128077

They also have a small food selection but the ones we ordered were good. I liked the mini chicken kieve and the others, I forgot (drunk, sorry 128513). Their bottles are pretty reasonably-priced as well 128077 Their imported beers used to be around Php120 only but they upped it at Php170, it's still good.

The music is good, we went there on a Saturday right after Halloween so it was a busy day. They had hiphop and rnb mix, it's always like that on saturdays. They also have an in-house photographer to paparazzi you on your sane-r time and the time that you fade away 128514

The crowd is good, too. More on my age range. Yuppies but sometimes young people also go, then they leave 128514 There's always a celebrity going there as well. I've danced with Enrique Gil just because he saw I was so busy dancing alone, he joined me. On different occasions, Ketchup, and that guy i saw in a telenovela (he's also a regular at Prive), Say Alonzo, Coco Martin and his bff in his telenovela, some sport celebs etc. When you're there, no one's a celebrity, everybody's just hanging out and having fun 128522

They close at 2am on lean days and on busy days, 4am.

For the service, the food, the people, the price, the music, and the fun. I can't give them any other number but 5. 128077

This is my impersonation of a "Russian Mob Boss". 128540

I've been to Imperial many times. I like it because you can drink and dance without going through the hassle of getting a guest list. You can just walk right in. The crowd is 70% foreign and 30% Pinoy. Majority demographic is at the older yuppie side. Everyone I met was very friendly, including the bouncers and staff.

DJ's are really good. Mostly house and top 40's music. Drinks are a bit pricey. P150 for a San Mig Light. The actual ice bar is not as cold as before. Maybe they are cutting down on their electric bill?! 128540

Part of it is a pretty ice bar that changes design every now and then (right now there's an ice DJ booth complete with a real turntable for guests to take photos at) and serves delicious vodka shots served in ice glasses. The other part of it is a warmer, wooden bar that feels luxurious yet is one of the friendliest places on the Fort Strip. The crowd here gets really crazy and isn't shy to dance -- on the floor, on the couches, on the bar. Many of Imperial's DJs are some of the city's top veterans, so it's always a banging time. The food is great for a bar and most will last you a long time for the size (like the Sausage Platter). Imperial is both a treat (with its ice bar) and a solid fixture on the Strip with its patrons and anything-goes vibe:) Throughout the week its music policy is varied. The staff is one of the most well-trained and friendliest I've ever encountered.

Its sooooooo cold! Eh Ice Bar nga naman Hahaha!

Worth the experience but that's it. The room is negative 5 degrees. You will acclimatize eventually (i was in shorts with the jacket they provided, kaya naman) :) dont worry, the entire bar is not a freezer... pag type mo lang, you can enter the ice bar for free :) Shots are about 220.
