We ended up here as our original destination was full and boy what a great turn of event that was! I love this place because of 2 things Fried Salmon Sushi and Gyoza! That salmon was so creamy and tasty it was like eating a cream puff only more savory, it wasn't even fishy. That gyoza I could eat 10 and still want more. It was like biting into a really fluffy but squishy (I know seems like an oxymoron but couldn't find a better description) marshmallow w/o the sweetness then you get the seasoned pork underneath yuuuummmy! We got the private room where we had to order a minimum of P3000. So get this, there were 7 adults (with hefty appetites) and my 7 y.o. kid who follows in his mom's tastes (he ate a huge bowl of ramen by himself, the bowl was bigger than his head) and our bill was only P2700 so we ordered another gyoza and sushi to go, which I ate by myself hehe

Anyhu worth the visit as my sis said the urchin thingy was good (sorry I'm not a fan) and their bentos were not bad either. The ramen was ho-hum but very filling. Service was ok, i think our waiter was new but they were all very nice.

One of the best restos I've tried in bcd 128522 (We were so hungry at that time that I totally forgot to take pics of the foods we ordered.) 128513128513128513

This place was supposed to be like the Kimpura of Bacolod but I wasn't convinced.

The sushi was mediocre, the beef was too chewy and the fried rice was bland.

I wouldn't come back here unless I absolutely had to. Bacolod has so many other nicer restaurants, this one just didn't match up.

Inaka is a good place to get Japanese food in Bacolod. They have tons of food to choose from and they also have teppanyaki tables and in-house chefs who can cook your food while you watch and wait. They could be a bit more consistent with the freshness of their seafood, sometimes the tuna is awesome but during this visit it wasn't as good as before. Make a reservation before you visit them, the place is always packed!
