We were supposed to have our early dinner here last Friday, but it was closed already. 128557

But I'm glad they still have branch in Eastwood.

Food isn't as tasty as I expected. The price does not justify the food. We ordered that pasta on the picture. Cost around P550 and serving is just for 1 person, we had to add salt for us to at least enjoy the taste. Epic fail! 1 127775 just for the ambiance.

Delicious, as expected. Plus the guard and the waitress who served us were so approachable! :)

Their truffle pasta sucks and to make it worse, it's overpriced at around Php600. Wag na uy!

The food was great, really it was.

Then why only give one star? Well service sucked. Service trumps food any day.

The game with ADMU vs DLSU was at the Araneta Coliseum so there were tons of people.

I went here with my family so you can understand why I wouldn't want them to be irked.

The place was full and the staff was clearly undermanned, but that's no excuse for the sucky service.

Let me tell you how crappy the service was:
1. My parent's got to the resto first so they ordered appetizers. When I got there with my sister and aunt we were given menu's but my parents were the only ones with water and utensils.

2. I was calling for the guy waiter, he saw me but he never came to our table. It was like he was choosing tables to serve.

We reprimanded the waiter to one of the manager's and she said sorry about it.

3. The same waiter started placing dirty/used plates, glasses etc on an empty table, it was like he was creating his own dirty kitchen. That is a serious no-no in my book not unless nasa carinderia ako.

4. They forgot to serve our pizza. It was good that we were full with the other stuff we ordered but the waitress asked us if our orders were complete only when she saw that our pasta was almost finished.

*I was hoping that they would give us something for free or anything, but no.

I was really disappointed with this trip to Italianni's. 128542128078128078128078128078128078128078

No photo because we were way too hungry to take pictures after looming for a taxi under the rain.

We ordered a lot of food and since it was my cousin's Pinning Celebration Dinner, I didn't get to know what we ordered. All I wanna share are the pasta was really good including their pizzas. I love the 4 cheese pizza? I'm not sure what it's called but that's what I loved because it was my tastebuds' first time to taste such kind of cheese.

It was my first time to eat at Italianni's and I now know why my friend Kath usually eat here with her family.
