Just saw this new stall, Iyah's Ice Cream Milkshake, at SM Center Angono yesterday. Their menu looked so appealing so I went to try it.

They claimed that their ice creams were homemade, and never store-bought. That furthered my curiosity.

I chose the Ultimate Cheesecake (Strawberry) for ₱159. (16 oz).

If you look at the picture, the milkshake seemed too cloying. But actually, the sweetest component came from the strawberry fudge. The ice cream itself was not too sweet at all, thankfully.

It was topped by an ice cream wafer cone, colorful sugar sprinkles, Stik-O, strawberry pretzels and a Peppero chocolate stick, plus bits of cheesecake (that come from the Cheesecake Factory).

Although I'm not a fan of cheesecake, I loved them in this milkshake. The saltiness and rich texture of the cheesecake nicely cut the milkshake's overall sweetness. But the cheesecake pieces were too few, considering the name of this milkshake (which had the word "ultimate" at that. 128516)

But other than that, it was a filling dessert. I should have chosen the smaller 8 oz. one. Next time I will choose the simpler flavors.

They're affordable, starting from ₱49.

Their stuff was actually good and they used some premium ingredients. I wish they have their own ice cream parlor someday.
