To be frank., there's nothing extra ordinary with the food here. I mean, given its price range, it's expected. And the taste of their food is similar to other fine dine-ins. What captured my attention is the set up. I also like the overlooking view of the city. It's relaxing to eat where you can enjoy the breeze. Simply amazing 128522

If you want to eat somewhere with a nice view of davao city, here is the place to be.
Ate here alone, ordered sisig and forgot the other one along with tanduay ice. It cost me 500+. Their foods are affordable and in good quantity. Also ideal for larger groups. 128077🏼128521

Everytime we have guests, we always bring them to jack's Ridge. It's one of the go-to places especially for tourists. It's overlooking the city there are also a lot of restaurants that serve local Davao dishes and Davao Coffee from Karlo's Coffee. It may not be the best coffee shop in town but it's a good place to try Durian Coffee. :)

Plus it's good to know that the place is just less than 20minutes away from the city. Depending on speed limit though! Haha

To see a great view of Davao City. They also have a swimming pool, a bar, a cofee shop, a restaurant that's overlooking the city of Davao. Jack's ridge has a lot of areas you can walk around and you can tour around will their staircases leading from one area to another. 128099127749127756

Jack's Ridge is all about view!

This is where you'll see davao from a viewpoint! There are different flights of stairs leading to different parts with different views! It was fun going up and down to be honest haha Although I later regretted it because it was hot in the resto where we ate. Starts with a letter T and is right beside the gourmry coffee house HAHAHA!

Jack's Ridge is awesome! It has a lot of restaurants, a playground, a pool, and an overlooking park to just chill. It's much like a park. I love the feel and the ambiance in there. I feel like I own the world when I'm in the aerial view of the city. It was really nice. It's too bad that it wasn't that cold there. I would've loved it better

we paid P20 entrance fee because we arrived earlier than 5pm. there were few people even if was a saturday. you can see the davao gulf from up there and the maa cemetery. 128531

the view was okay it was like tagaytay except for the said cemetery and the weather.127774

we ate at "taklobo" and I didn't find anything special about the taste. we ordered gambas and seafood plater (which disappointed me, because it consists of shells, squidballs and a little mix of seafood in white sauce128514) but i commend the mango shake it was really refreshing and yummy! 128077

there are random facts about the WWII, Davao and jack's ridge itself at the place. 128522 when you go here you should really explore the place. i was amazed by the stucked japanese aircraft and a cave dug by the japanese soldiers leading to somewhere. :)))

Nicest view in Davao City. Friends of friends advise to visit at night to see the city lights but the day view looks spectacular also.

It's accessible by cab. But you have to pay a fee of P20 per head to enter the complex. There are a number of restaurants and bars in the area.

Random trivia: taklobo shells were found in Jack's Ridge, which means Davao City was submerged underwater millions of years ago. 128026
