I had a mini food crawl with ze homies yesterday and Jam & Viet was our last stop after seeing 4.5 stars review on the app. Sadly, the food was subpar compared to our previous stops.

The fresh spring rolls were good and the rice noodle wrapper wasn't chewy but the peanut sauce was too sweet.

The beef cold noodle dish was boring probably because the dish didn't include peanuts for the crunchy texture, they added thin slices of radish that tasted sour and the vinegar sauce lacks sweetness to fully enjoy the whole thing.

Their Banh Mi was just okay also. Good quality of baguette but the cold cuts were not tasty enough and they also added this weird sour radish into the mix of veggies.

The saving grace for me was their caphe sua da because of the roasted coffee taste. Ze homies liked their avocado shake too.

So sad Jam and Viet didn't live up to our expectation!

This place has been around for a while and they serve affordable and underrated food. Whenever i find myself in the area i almost always order their fresh spring rolls and pho. The ingredients are fresh and serving is generous.

I saw Jam and Viet while i was in the area, so I decided to try their beef Pho. It was was quite good and authentic. I also had their iced coffee, just needs a little bit more coffee! There was a man who could not speak any english behind the counter, I assume it is his restaurant.
They also serve Banh Mi, at 98pesos each. The Pho cost us 195pesos, they charge 5 pesos per container of take out which seems fair. I would go back for the pho, if I am in the area. It"s good to know that there are
These Vietnamese go to places for banh mi and Pho. This is the 2nd Banh me place on fhe area that I have been to. The other being "Banh Mi". Anoyher favorite.
